Such a rip off! every sandwich costs about $3 more then ANY OTHER SUBWAY IN TOWN. I cannot believe that after tax I almost paid $10 for a spicy italian sandwich, which cost about $6 at another other subway. The ingredients were not fresh and, to be honest, I have a stomach ache now. If you don’t care about $3,go eat somewhere with better food. If do you care about $3, go get the exact same (or better) food at any other subway.

Normally I really like this place probably one of the best subways around but their employee JESS I asked for turkey bacon wrap, she pulled out 3 maybe four slices and two bacons then I asked for the whole things to be heated so she’s about to do it when I remind her I still want cheese, she then grabs 2 slices doesn’t even separate them and just puts them on top of everything, I ask her for my veggies after it’s “done” it literally looks like a tooth pick how thin it is no effort or anything. I mean I get it we all have bad days at work but really? I then tell her I didn’t want it anymore and she just says ok bye. I just hope someone sees this and tells her something. not even looking for anything further.

I work near by and it’s nice to get a break from the other fast food near by, but this isn’t a place for that. The workers are always slow, and I’m not talking about the times when it’s lunch and everyone is hungry, at lunch time they don’t staff enough. In addition they don’t stick to the posted tines and often close early.

Usually I love this location,I go there on my lunch break pretty much daily. However I have a serious problem that it took the gentleman working tonight 1/11/2019 at least 15 min to make 2 sandwiches while there were 3 people plus myself waiting in line. whilr I understand that it going to take time to make each sandwich it should not take 5 min to put the veggies on a sandwich especially when there are others in line. All in all very disappointed in tonight’s lack of service. I ended up giving up and going to McDonald’s because I spent half my lunch waiting to be helped.

I like Subway sandwiches and tuna salad bowls. However, I had an unpleasant experience one time, which has altered my opinion of this restaurant. I am a nurse and am definitely interested in cleanliness and proper technique when handling food. I watched one of the food servers go from the pork to the vegetables to the pork to the counter to the vegetables, back and forth and so on, without changing gloves. That was very disappointing to see, and I ended up not ordering at all there. I do still go at times (not to that particular restaurant), but cringe at the thought of what they do when I’m not watching. The prevention of the spread of disease is a good reason why servers, especially in these type of restaurants, should listen closely in their food handler’s class. Please people, change my opinion of your restaurant, especially the one on Kennewick Avenue and 395. Yuck! If you please, hit the THUMBS UP button to LIKE my review!

Came in at 8 tonight and the guy that made our sandwiches did a great job. All the produce was cold; lettuce, peppers and onions were crispy and fresh. Mayo, mustard, oil and vinegar came out of the fridge. Nice. Sandwiches were seasoned correctly, an overall satisfying enjoyment.

Walked in at 8:37 and the girl working said “it’s gonna have to be to go cause we close in 10 minutes.” First off it closes at 9 so it was 23 minutes and if I wanna sit down and eat for 23 minutes I should be able to. The point of somewhere being open till a certain time is so people can be served for a certain time. If you’re planning on going here expect terrible service.

I went to this location and “Stacey” made my sandwich. She tried to only give me one scoop of chicken on my foot long, and then when I said that it was supposed to be two she made a huge show if weighing it out, and was rude about it even though me and my friend we’re the only people there so there was no rush. I felt like I was a huge inconvenience and will never be going to this location anymore

I asked if it was possible to do two 6″ subs for the same price cause the footlongs were the same .I’d not, no big deal. But the employee, Stacey, gave me attitude. After saying okay, my friend suggested I get one sub but do different sauce on each side, when I asked the employee if I could do that, she huffed and said “do whatever I don’t care.” With severe attitude. And she kept making comments while making my sandwich. I am very displeased with my service and will not be returning here. They need to hire nicer staff.
