This place is great on Saturdays because it is one of the few places open. However… they might want to retrain their employees. If there is a line going out the door, maybe put off cleaning the walls and signs and help the ONE person behind the counter. The person behind the counter was trying her best but clearly stressed out that she wasn’t getting help.

It’s situated in an uncomfortable part of town. It can be really hard to find parking in this area. The shop itself is pretty decent as far as Subway shops go. Cleanish and the staff are good people.

0 stars if possible. Everything was wrong. Missing extra meats and cheese, missing cookies. No cheese at all on a melt that has ×3 cheese. Even had the proof. Got offered a $20 gift card in exchange when I called right as the order was delivered and I even walked to the location to get the situation taken care of 30 minutes later when a manager would be there only to be disrespected. I paid $58 and was told a $20 card was all they could do even though I paid for the extras, ($10 worth) and got none of them.

Food was as expected for subway. Lady working was friendly and welcomed our group when we entered. The location was not busy, and the wait in line was short. Draw backs to this location are of no fault of subway. Parking is hard to find as they have no parking area of their own, and parking on the street is pay to park. Area they are located in has lots of homeless people. Location is also not in the best area of town which is easy to know as there is a dent in the door frame from a bullet.

I am giving a 3 stars because my sandwich was made correctly, which I appreciate. But I do have a few qualms. For one, the restaurant was kind of creepy walking in. The lights were flickering and out in a few places and the cleanliness could have been better. When I walked in, the worker was outside smoking and came back in, which is fine, I don’t have a problem with people taking a smoke break. But they didn’t wash their hands immediately upon entering which should have been done. They walked up and grabbed my receipt for me to sign. My sandwich and beverage cup were already on the counter, so they didn’t have to touch it or anything but it definitely had me wondering if the overall hygienic requirements were met while my sandwich was being made. This is especially important during covid right now. I worked in a restaurant for many years and have seen it all. Now is not the time to skimp out on hygienic procedure. Please be more conscious of hygienic practices in the future and know that you are appreciated.

Two weeks ago the customer service person was really rude to a couple in front of me. This representative had dark hair and was very unkind. Today the service representative was nice but this place more people working. The representative was really working hard but just had a lot of orders. Management has for sure gone down in the past few years that I have been using this subway for eats while I break at my hobbies shop.

My instructions were completely ignored, I ordered a steak and cheese footlong with double meat and cheese, onions and spinach and I wanted it all to be toasted together twice, well I paid extra for the extra meat and cheese and didn’t get that, they toasted it once, and then added the veggies, they even forgot “or added very little” salt and black pepper, I will never order online again from subway.
