We ordered several subs with my family. Chicken wasn’t fresh at all, I was declined to toast bread, and in the end the cashier register machine was broken, declining 5 of our different cards. No other payment option was offered, and I have to run around finding ATM. I don’t want to come here again.

Good subway, staff were fairly helpful and the food tasted relatively fresh. Some veggies had some aging on them but I visited at around 6pm. Other than that, it was clean and smelled nice. Would recommend if you need something fast and healthy.

If there was zero stars that’s what i would rate it!!! Lady who was at the register was on her personal cell phone talking then she took her sweet time to help us. Here comes the best part! As she was serving my fiancée her sub she wiped off a roach with the cheese she was going to put on my fiancé’s sub!!! Then she had the audacity to claim that she never did that when we both literally saw her. She got upset when we brought it up and she threw the sub away after going back and forth with her and she served us another sub. While she is doing that her cell phone was on speakerphone and she yelled to her phone to hold on she is almost done. So unprofessional of her to do that while she is serving clientele.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever had at a subway. I ordered online, and they messed up my order completely. Wrong bread, wrong condiments, missing items we literally paid extra for, you name it. Tried calling the manager to hopefully get a refund, and he blamed me saying that his employees double checked my order, which was clearly not true. Who in their right minds puts ranch dressing all over a meatball sub, or doesn’t put bacon on a bacon, chicken, ranch wrap. This subway, that’s who.

The ONLY reason I have this horrible tragedy one star is because I’m not allowed the option to give anything lower than one Star! I can admit that I do crave My Favorite from Subway; the Meatball 6in or a Footlong; from time to time! But NEVER EVER have I walked into one and there was only one employee and their on a personal call with the speaker on; as they attempt to rush through making your sandwich in the most horrific way, while responding to you in a very negative attitude! I ask her to stop rushing, slow down and pay attention to what she was doing and not to be concerned about that phone call(and I stated that because she was still speaking to whomever she was speaking to on the phone). Customer service is key to me and this place receives NOTHING from ME!!! I will NEVER EVER step foot in that slump EVER AGAIN!!!

One of the worst subways I’ve been to. The lady that works the lunch hour is rude and short tempted. She also charged me for the price of a protein bowl, but gave me 6′ portions instead of the footlong it is supposed to come with. When I asked she said she would have to charge me more for double meat, but I didn’t want double meat, I wanted the footlong portion it comes with. She refused to honor the menu. They also didn’t have salad bowls or tools, so nothing was cut up.
