Worst service ever. The guy behind the counter was sitting down so we didn’t see him the whole time we were deciding what we wanted to get. It wasn’t til we looked around that we realized someone was there. They had a sign for a new harvest bread I wanted to try. They didn’t have it. The bread I got tasted like day old bread. It was stale. I asked for the shaker seasoning and he acted like each grain came out of his paycheck. I don’t know how this place stays in business with employees like this and the food quality. If I wanted pink lettuce I would have went to a gas station for a sandwich. I surely didn’t “Eat Fresh”!

This is a terrible Subway. Only two bread choices (the cheapest ones, I’m sure – the plain ones). They don’t toast properly. The incredients quality is poor and the price is insane. It is somewhat understandable to have horribly high prices inside the con centre, but the quality should match other Subways and it just doesn’t.

Why the 5 stars? Because these poor people have to deal with crazy convention center crowds all the time and they deal with it really well.

Employee called her manager to ask if she could serve me bread for my one year old (I was purchasing a sub meal for myself too)

This place is the worst. I went to buy a sandwich and the boy behind the counter came out to the sidewalk and pushed a guy with a camera away because the guy was filming the fact that someone was parked illegally. Come to find out, it’s the boys friends car. This little boy shut the whole store down because the guy started filming him after the boy pushed the mans camera. It was another 20 mins before he opened up. I decided that they probably put too much soy in their sandwiches for me.

I have never had a more unpleasant subway experience than this one. I was neglected and disrespected by the man making sandwiches until a final appalling ending where I left with no sandwich and a burning question as to Why people need to be so impatient and rude to complete strangers. Also this place looks unsanitary to the extreme.

Anybody who has been to a ComicCon at the Washington state Convention Center knows what an absolute zoo the place is. But this Subway franchise has got serving hoardes and hoardes of hungry Con-goers–a highly difficult task at best–down to a science. These guys make the folks at Disney World look like amateurs. They served the line without any mistakes on very complicated Con orders (you know Con-goers), and everything was delicious. I had a problem with one of my sandwiches, and the manager called me after the Con to make things right. If you’re at the Washington State Convention Center, and you’re jonesing for a sub, there is no better place than Subway. Good show!

This place is a ripoff. 7.00+tax for a 6 inch tuna sub. They NEVER do the national deals, like the 3.50 sub of the day or $ 5-6 specials.

The absolute worst subway I have ever been to. The service was terrible. The guy was on his phone, while making my sandwhich, the entire time. Only 2 kinds of bread….white or wheat. Ok….I’ll take wheat. He gives me white. I get the BMT….been having the same thing for 20 years. He only puts two kinds of meat. I tell him there are 3…salami, peperoni, and forest ham. I asked for Swiss, and get American. This joker argues with me about it. Ok, fine. I don’t argue much anymore. I leave reviews. It’s frustrating to see people doing business like this….definitely the wrong way to go.
