One of the worst managers I’ve ever had in my life. People’s health are at risk eating at this location. It’s not well kept and the sanitation is very poor. It wouldn’t make difference if i would clean because I was the only person who seemed to care about it. Meats at risk for reaching “danger zone “ temperatures, because they have been left out at room temperature too long. Improperly preparing foods and lots of cross contamination. Foods being left by and prepared in the hand washing sink. Not properly cleaning the slicer. Manager over prepping way too much sliced meats and then changing the date labels when it’s outdated, not just once but sometimes re-dating it twice. Being the assistant manager I knew that something needed to be done. I decided to report it to the health department and I was fired the next week. Without any write ups or good cause. I loved my job I’m one out of 4 people who quit or was fired in two months. It’s not the job that’s the problem poor management will really effect a whole lot.

My mom and I walk in we told Jenifer that we wanted a Salad she seems not too happy of making the salad. She said it really rude they didn’t have lids. My mom and i were ok with it. Then we told her what number wanted which was 10 at first. Then Jenifer did spinach. she said this only spinach we have for whole day. Jenifer ripe the tomato and cucumbers. She didn’t even cook the bacon like we asked. She started ripping the meat. I spoke up asked if she could please cut the meat. She was very unhappy that she had slice the meat. Then she proceeds tell my mom and I that was only knife for the whole day and that knife was for bread only. The store was completely out of soda, soda machine was not working, hardly any chip stock. It was not that busy in the store there two other customers in there. We will never go back to this Location.

I come here each weekend with my daughter as I work down the street. Pre Covid, this place was fully stocked and had more than one staff. Since covid, this manager or owner seems to lack experience or simply doesn’t care. The options for soda are near none. The bottled sodas are none existent. Been that way for months now. The soda machine is now working as of this post but was also broken for months. The chip selections are limited with empty shelves. They say they have avocado on the menu but most the time the workers say they are out. The workers are routinely alone on weekend afternoons. In talking to staff it is shared the manager refuses to staff adequately. This place is poorly run. Only out of personal convenience do I go to this place. I feel for the staff as they are not supported. Store will be packed with 5 or more customers and one worker. I am so tempted to contact corporate and share this. It’s a shame there is an owner to this store who appears to care less about quality. I feel for the workers as many are doing their best given the trashy appearance of this store. I gave 3 stars for food. Service sucks but not due to the workers. They are doing what they can to make a living but the owner here has utterly failed. This is the worst staffed and supplies subway I have been too. This is a franchise and corporate needs to be made aware of this image.

Went in tonight and called several time before. No one answered, so I went down to the store to order in person. The restaurant appeared empty but I could hear an employee (female) in the back working away. I waited a few moments bc I know she heard the door alarm go off when I entered. I called out to her several times and she ignored me. I called the store (in the store) and she ignored that too. Then about 2 minutes goes by and a family came in. The lady in the back goes, “I’ll be right with you”. I guess it’s okay to ignore regular, local customers whenever you can’t be bothered. At least give me the same courtesy as the family got when you heard them enter – acknowledge although you are busy at the moment, that you’ll be right there.

I ordered on the app and they didnt have several veggies. They made the sadwiches without most of what I wanted and never told me ahead of time. Had i known i would not recieve the product i paid for i would have cancled the order. They refused to give us our money back since the app makes you pay ahead of time. It is illegal in oregon to falsely advertise a product and the provide something lacking. To bad they know knowbody is going to pursue this injustice due to cost. They are lazy and rude. They definatly had jalapeños and there was 1 yes only one on my footlong. Overall a terrible dinner. I always tip with cash in person so i am wondering if me not tipping ahead of time led to this theft. DO NOT SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT FAILS TO DELIVER SOLD GOODS AS THEY ARE AGREED UPON.

Tired to call to see if open and phone rang for 2 minutes and nobody answered. When I arrived the open sign was off. When I went in a person came out from the back (no wait there) but I wasn’t greeted. When ordering my food I had to be the first one to speak. Over all the service was mediocre at best I’m sorry to say.
