This is the 3rd time an online order incorrect. Our order was delivered through the Subway app. Order was completely inaccurate, wrong bread, no extra cheese that was paid for, ignored ingredients.

I havent been this upset with customer service in a long time. I went thru the drive thru and ordered a sandwich and cookie, as i was telling him what to put on my sandwich he said “hold on a sec just making your sandwich” i said perfect. I went to forest grove location. I also ordered a cookie. I get home…no cookie, wrong sandwich. I drive all the way back to forest grove which wasted my time and my gas and told them the right sandwich to make. The girl behind the counter says ” looks like we undercharged you so you need to pay the difference” i stated to her that THEY WERE THE ONES WHO MESSED UP, that I HAD TO WASTE MY GAS AND TIME coming back, and that they were going to need to eat the difference on price because afterall they made the sandwich incorrectly and also charged me incorrectly. Her response, which just surprised the heck out of me, was ” if your not paying ill gladly eat your sandwich then”….umm rude, wheres the customer service? What about saying oh i am so sorry we did make the mistake however i will still need to charge the .95 for the avacado, is that okay? Any answer would have been better then her reply, plus the attitude in her voice behind saying that…made me lose my appetite. I ended up paying the .95 even though they forgot my cookie the second time, i had to ask for it twice. I feel most businesses would have let that .95 slide since it was their mistake, maybe even offer a free cookie or something, anything! The attitude she gave me was uncalled for a disrespectful. I am so upset about my visit to this location, i didnt even complain or be mean that they got the order wrong so why the rude response? Really hurt my feelings and i feel like i shouldnt have had to pay ! Subway you disappointed a customer. I wish i would have gotten the girls name but it was forest grove location friday around 6:20. She seemed to be the one in charge at the time.

Always fresh ingredients and a great variety of sandwiches to choose from, which has been my personal experience over several years. Prices are good, but I miss the $5.00 footlong specials. I found great bogo coupons on their website.

I went in today for a quick lunch. Walk in there was one girl upfront. Girl with the braids greeted me with a smile great customer service. Made a great sandwich. Heard other employees but didn’t see anyone till she she had to go get help. The other employees didn’t seem like the cared to help what so ever. I think the girl with the braids was awesome but the other need to take a course in customer service.

Autumn !
Sandwich is often under-filled with things I ask for and workers struggle taking orders and making the correct orders but this place isn’t incredibly horrible. It works as it is i guess.

Ordered 3 subs online. Get there to see 3 workers on duty with 1 customer and my order not even started with the printout order just sitting on the counter. Needless to say not impressed with the online order process follow through. The employees were nice enough but I wish they took their job a little more seriously. I know it’s a minimum wage job.. what was I expecting?

Arnulfo is an exceptional worker. Fast , efficient. Nice. Made three sandwiches quickly. Subway has became our favorite sandwich shop. Hope Arnulfo should get praise for hard work and ability to work with the public. Customs Service is fading.

Not only did it take 20 minutes to take my order thru drive thru I got home with the wrong sandwiches and when they passed the drinks to me there was soda spilt all over the side getting the interior of my car sticky. They also made fun of me for asking them to repeat themselves because they were so quiet thru the headset. Normally this location is better than the other but this time I’m really unimpressed with their customer service.

We stopped going to Subway almost a year ago when we started going to Phil’s Subs. These guys always deliver the best every time we go there. Everything is excellent and they are not afraid to give their customers a great value with ingredients.
