So this the only subway that you get before you get to Tahoe and we stopped because we were craving subway. I would not recommend stopping here. We were there at 7:30pm on a Thursday and there was no one else there. The employee was talking on the phone with his AirPods in. He continued talking on the phone while we tried to order. He had no idea how to make the sandwiches and was looking at a cheat sheet to assemble the sandwiches. Did not ask us what type of bread or cheese we wanted. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to shout to place the order because again he was on the phone. When we were checking out he asked if we had cash because “the signal is not good for the payment?” But then he plug something in and then the card reader worked?! 10/10 would not recommend.

Nothing but highway robbery, price gouging. (Prices rose 50+ percent) and yet the food is no better. If you want to be scammed out of your hard earned money, go here where there is no accountability. This reflects poorly on the whole chain. I’m not coming here again and I suggest everyone else does the same.

Rude employee couldn’t even bother getting off his air pods to speak whole trying to order. Kept asking me the same question over and over as he was too busy with his phone call. Then tried to put rock hard avocado on sandwitch. It was so unripe and hard he had to cut it against the counter. Kept asking him if they had any others as he cut it and he ignored me for his phone call and continued what he was doing. Ended up walking out without food. I’ll go somewhere else.

Stopped in here while stopping at the gas station. I ordered a veggie delight, but I noticed I didn’t see the price on the menu. When they rang me up they wanted $13 for a footlong veggie which is outrageous. No wonder this place has horrible reviews.

CROOKS! $14 for a Veggie Delight?! And the “just a little bit” of honey mustard dressing literally gushed out of the sandwich, w the vegetables so thin that what I really got was a mustard sandwich with a sprinkling of vegetables as a light condiment. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! And the “Server” was indifferent, and the place is untidy. STAY AWAY!

Customer service is horrible, employees are not wearing face masks and were rude. The attitude when you explain the way you want the sandwich is ridiculous. Ingredients were fresh and location is easy access. Beware this is a area where travelers are stopping to play on the snow and parking does get limited.
