What happened to the $5 footlong? Not the promotional ones they sometimes do now, but I’m talking about the good ole days when all footlongs were just $5. Did you guys get greedy or did the costs actually go up that much? All I know is I’m paying more for a sub that did not increase in size or quality.

Horrible customer service. I came in this afternoon to get a sandwich. The only lady that was working apparently had a online order of 3 sandwiches she was making. She did not even look up and acknowledge me, especially when I am standing there. She could’ve just said, “I’ll be with you in a moment” or “Sorry, please give me a few minutes as I have a big order”. I would have been okay with either, but she kept going for 5 minutes and didn’t even look up so I decided not to eat there because I felt disrespected. Just lost a sale due to very poor service if you ask me.

This is such a weird Subway. The food is always good and prepared well. However, do not expect much at all in the way of service. I know they get some colorful characters in their store but they do not need to treat everyone like they are low lives. They do take EBT here which is a nice bonus.

I know you shouldn’t expect much from a subway store bit this one sucks more than any others. Employees are consistently unhappy and they have the guts to sell sandwiches with breads from yesterday. Even heating the bread doesnt help as it becomes stone hard. Will never make the mistake to step in there.
