Went there today with friends to buy five subs. That lady manger has to be the rudest and most unprofessional manager I’ve come across at a Subway. I asked her a simple question about a coupon and she seemed liked she didn’t want to be bothered. Then a guy employee asked a question and she was rude again answering him in Spanish thinking I didn’t speak Spanish. Then he asked her if they had veggies patties because there wasn’t any in the front and she said they don’t have any even though he found some in the walk in fridge. I asked another lady employee for a fork and she budded in all rude to say they don’t have forks. That lady shouldn’t be a manger. If she doesn’t like her job she should look for another job that doesn’t involve HELPING customers. I will never go back to that Subway and if you want a pleasant experience you should avoid this Subway.

Ordered 5 sandwiches through the app. Out of the 5, only 1 was done right. Went back to the store to try and get it fixed(8:20 pm on saturday) and the door was locked. Was unable to contact through phone as well. Posted closing time was 10pm

So I already had a bad feeling since the very beginning. I walked in and the lady left to the back and had me waiting for 6 minutes. She finally gets out and i had to repeat myself various times on what I wanted. Also, not to mention, they didn’t have salt and pepper which I had to put some on when I got home. Then I had a coupon for a free cookie and she scanned it and still placed an order on my receipt (which I didn’t realized until I got home). I saw how she didn’t place a cookie in my bag so I asked and she said the coupon didn’t scan through. So I took back my coupon and left. Once I got home, i saw that she had placed a cookie on my receipt. So I payed for a cookie I didn’t receive.

I usually don’t stop at a Subway, but today my daughter wanted a meatball sub. We were helped by a nice young lady named Jessica. Since I am not very familiar with Subways wraps, she helped me design a delicious wrap with roasted chicken. Very happy we stopped by here.

I came here with a few friends around our break and the line was pretty long. Lunch time- kinda made sense. Like 2 people working tho so i get it must’ve been difficult. The staff was friendly and helped us get a pretty big meal done fast. They were out of stuff on the bar (the line? Idk the word) but were courteous about it, and checked in back to make sure they had what we wanted. If they were out of something they always had some good suggestions. ((Didn’t know I actually liked mozzarella!)) They legit cared about the order; the lady making our subs seemed sad that they were out of stock. Overall, a pretty good meal and a great service experience. Saw them make the bread too- had no idea they made the bread fresh. Seems like a given but still . Definitely going again. 4 stars, cuz the line was long. But sometimes good food can take a few minutes and I get that.

I’m reading a ton of these reviews and honestly I feel like people are at their worst when they’re hungry. I’m visiting CA so I was surprised that this place was open so late. I came in like 5 minutes before closing too, but the woman helping me was nothing but polite. Good attitude makes for a great meal. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this location. Chopped salad was divine. I had no idea they even made salads ♂️

The service was pretty good.. Ive seen fresher ingredients though but still my sandwich was good .I did notice the sandwich bar was not very clean Crusty tuna in the corner ,needed a nice cleaning .

I see a lot of past bad reviews for this place. Maybe they’ve fixed the store since then, because I had a perfect experience there today. It was clean everywhere I could see, the staff were very friendly, and my sandwich was made quickly exactly the way I wanted it and it tasted good. I was even offered a cup of water because I had just walked a long way to get there and she could see that I was hot. This is my first time to this store. I will go again.

Worst service ever… I put in my orders on line and when i got to the place, i said, is my orders ready.. The employees had no idea what i was talking about… They have a web page and the employee have no idea that they had many orders.. None of the employee knew how to use a computer. The dude had to pull out his cellphone to fine the ingredients.. Not only that. They got all my 6 sub orders wrong.. Even tho i was telling them what i wanted… When i got home i was really upset… Never going back there… Oooh. And your website its complicated…

This Subway has no idea how to handle large orders in advance. I called to order 15 lunch boxes the day before an event. I was told they don’t do box lunches (unlike other Subways) and placed an order for meals instead. The girl taking my order had a hard time with the order and was unable to take payment, asking if I could come in to pay for the order, finally she agreed to take payment the following day on pickup. Later than night I got a call from the manager asking when I was stopping by with the payment. I explained that we agreed I would provide payment on pickup and she told me how wrong that was and that in the future I needed to pay in advance (she couldn’t figure out how to take payment over the phone like other Subway’s can). After this lovely scolding by the manager, when we went to pick up the order the next day they completely forgot about it and we had to wait for them to fill the order.
