Typical subway at first glance but it’s not without its problems. Everything always takes way to long and they seem to have a huge problem with delivery drivers and application. I get orders that are extremely late from this store continuously. I’ll wait for someone to talk to me for like 5 to 6 minutes and then gotta wait another 10 for the food to get made. These are simple sandwiches designed to be fast. It’s just a crying shame they treat human beings like this and I’m sick and tired of terrible service

This subway is the worst. There is a older lady that works here that is the worst. I have had the health department here for many observations, like preparing food after cleaning the bathroom without washing hands, just the use of hands sanitizer… the manager thinks the customer is in the wrong when you change your mind about what veggies to be put on before they put them on, impatience… these at just a few instances over the years of coming to this one. Haven’t been back in over 6 months, coperate doesn’t care. My business is up on Topsy, go there, eat better service.

My fiancé ordered a spicy Italian sandwich with extra meat, they hardly put any on and I called to ask for a replacement, but they wanted me to bring the sandwich back so they can add more meat on it. I asked if that was unsanitary to bring a partly eaten sandwich and the girl said “not really”.

We stopped to get subs at the carson city subway on our way home. We didn’t have the toasted or heated . We got home and opened our subs. I thank the sub buns were old. They were hard and crunchy. I wanted extra marinara on my chicken and they wanted to change me for a meatball sub. This subway is terrible and I wouldn’t stop here for a sub, I know I never will again.

Absolutely some of the worst customer service I’ve EVER seen, walked in to an empty shop and took the server a good 2.5 minutes to prepare for making the first sandwich, I understand being in the middle of something and having to stop but these two men were clearly HIGH on something with how slow they were going, and the second worker didn’t even wash their hands before jumping in to make the second sandwich. Will never be coming back to this location and will be calling the local Health Department.

Absolutely awful experience. My husband and I will never be eating at a subway in Carson again. The staff was extremely rude the entire time all of our food was made wrong. We spent $50 for two sandwiches and a pizza. The sandwiches were so drenched in sauce mine fell through the paper when I got home all over my floor. The pizza was just flatbread with pepperoni on it, no cheese, no sauce, and it was completely cold. Called and spoke with the supervisor she was rude as well said she watched the cameras and saw nothing wrong when my husband literally handed the food back to be fixed. Then I asked for a refund and she refused and then hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting service.

Took in a coupon (that is mailed to me monthly) which was for buy a 6″ inch and get 1 of equal or lesser value free (it says Nothing about needing to buy anything else, but the serving me tells me I have to buy a drink also to be able to use this coupon ,stated Reno would take it as is but they can’t. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. I just looked at these reviews & I absolutely 100% agree. I started out by going in there & used the restroom. I cam back & the young boy there had no smile. The young girl asked me what she could get started for me. I wanted a veggie wrap. So they had only tomato basil wrap. Fine. So she started out putting very lil spinach on it. I said if I’m paying for veggies, I’d like it packed. The Mexican lady Sandra asked me if I wanted Avocado & I said yes. She said,” can I get you to pay for it. We’re changing shifts”. I said oh sure. She it’ll be $11 something. I asked her how much the veggies wraps were. She said,” I don’t know. What ever the footlong is plus extra cheese & avocado”. I said,” I’m good”. I said that because her attitude was rude & disgusting. You don’t talk to your customers like that. I started to walk out & she started talking to the other workers, “What ??. She thinks everything’s free”? All I wanted to know was how much the veggie wraps were. I turned around & said,” Ummm no. But you do not talk to your customers that way.” She said,” you wanted to use the restroom, now get out.” WHAT ??? I asked her who her manager was. She said there was no manager. I looked at her name badge & said ok Sandra. She said,” YES MY NSME IS SANDRA.” WOW !!!! Disgusting attitude & she should be removed from that job. NEVER !!! NEVER will I go there again. I will find out who the manager is. And we WILL get results. Believe that.
