I’m terrible with remembering names, but the guy was so friendly and his personality made the whole experience pleasant and fun. My sandwich was perfect, and the family loved theirs too. We’ll definitely be back to this location.

The music was so loud I could not hear the person behind the counter! The food was delicious, I always get the Chicken Teriyaki, whenever I go to a subway (or the personal siza pizza, for a subway pizza it’s pretty dang good!) Anyway I always get the Italian Herbs and cheese bread (when they have it, something they don’t) I always get provolone cheese, (heated up of course bc it’s chicken!) With lettuce, tomatoes, onion, black olives, and the teriyaki sauce on top, I always have to ask for more bc in a straight line on the inner half of the bread just doesn’t work for me! The cheese, lettuce, tomato, right portions! And i only got 4 slivers of onion, and 8 black olives, unacceptable! The tomato I should of left out bc there were only 5 slices in the bin and I was the only person in there, when you’re slow that is the time to change out your toppings, prep, clean up work! It was before 6pm when I was in there, then a rush of people came in, and all of a sudden, fresh bins of toppings were out and ironically the god AWFUL music that was blaring went down to a NORMAL volume so i could actually hear myself think! The BREAD OMG THE BREAD AT THE END OF ONE HALF OF THE FOOTLONG I GOT WAS SO HARD I COULDN’T CUT IT WITH A PLASTIC KNIFE NOR PULL IT APART WITH MY HANDS AT ALL– UNACCEPTABLE!! I will NEVER go to that location again EVER! And I hardly eat out, this was a treat! I got the combo, what a waist of “fresh value meal” for the extra $3.39, the footlong was $11.79 tax was $1,27 for a total of $16.45.. when i could of gotten 2 different kinds of deli meets, bread, and 2 different snacks for work for the entire week for what that cost for it NOT TO BE HALFWAY DECENT! The STARS I gave we’re me being generous!!

My daughter and my sister went with me. And the place was dirty no grade on the wall. But we gave them a chance do to they had no customers. They were out of wheat and white breads and the bread they did give us was old and stale. Not going to subway ever again 3 times this year all were bad. Maybe they need a manager? Thank you.

There was only one worker he was there by himself the customers infront of me were rude and he was the best never once said anything back just tried to be nice and he was very nice to me I don’t remember his name but next time I will tip him better he was the nicest person who’s ever helped me subway hire more people.

Went here at about 6:30 on a Sunday, and there was a sign on the door saying be back in 15 min. 10 minutes later and after a couple of other people arrived and were waiting, a car pulls up with two people in subway shirts. They had two people there and they thought it was a good idea for them both to leave at the same time and just close the store. And they didn’t even hurry when they saw people waiting.

We walked in and had to wait a few minutes and was about to ring the bell just to get somebody up here so we could order. The restaurant was completely empty, there is only one employee working, apparently a teenager that enjoys sitting on the cell phone in the back hiding instead of taking care of customers. We ordered our food and she didn’t listen to anything we asked for, and then the bread for the sandwiches was rock hard. The meat tasted old, the buffalo chicken had no buffalo sauce on it. The worst part was the service. The girl acted as if we were bothering her and interrupting her from something more important, like chatting with friends on her cell phone. In this day and age where the pandemic shut everything down and caused so much financial strife, this is a complete waste of our hard-earned money.

Price has gotten insane. I paid about 12$ for a 6” with no add ons, no drink, no chips nothing. Price was wrong on the menu itself and I got surprised with the upcharge at the counter. Never eating at Subway again.

Ordered online prior to my lunch break and had to wait 45 mins for them to say wrong location. The map showed the location in front of the mall, but the order went inside the mall. I asked if I could cancel order and get it at this location the answer was I don’t know. I don’t know does not help when someone WENT OVER their lunch waiting for someone to even acknowledge my order was at a different location! Meanwhile, one server is catering to a group of people that already had their food and paid. While completely ignoring me. The other worker was helping other customers, but the cashier (who you are supposed to go directly to to pick up) didn’t say hello or give me a moment or even be right with you. I get customer service is important, but not if you are ignoring one customer to please another. Ridiculous. Contacted the other location to cancel order (at this point I have to go back to work without eating anything) and they were far more friendly and explained how refund works. Either way, I’m never ordering online from, or going to subway again.
