So incredibly rude! We went through the drive thru. When we got to the order menu there were no other vehicles in the parking lot nor could we see anyone in the dining room. There was one person at the drive thru window. We were asked to hold for 2 minutes before they took our order. 6 minutes later she came back and took our order. We got up to the window and she took my card to charge us and closed the window. 4 – 5 minutes later she came back with my card and receipt. We then waited another 14 minutes for our sandwiches. During all the wait times no one said a word to us! A “sorry about the wait” or “it is going to be a little bit longer than expected” would have made ALL the difference! A young guy finally came to give us our order and I asked why it had taken so long. He said it was because there were people inside and when I pointed out that there hadn’t been anyone when we first got there his response was an extremely condescending apology. His tone and manner were juvenile and petty. I’ve noticed that the service is generally slow at that location but the employees have always been nice and taken a second to explain any delay. This employee was disrespectful and rude.

Best subway. Been eating here for 16 years. Love it. I’ll drive clear across town just to get to this one. I just feel bad for the workers, this is the only subway in town that has a drive thru. I think it’s more of a pain and frustration for the in house guests especially the workers as well. If they can keep 2 or 3 dedicated workers in front. 1 for the breads, 1 for the veggies and 1 for cashing out customers. Then 1 more dedicated to just drive thru they wouldn’t get overwhelmed and the customers wouldn’t get frustrated during rush hour. The gentleman working there currently, whom I believe is the manager is doing an amazing job running his crew and making his customers happy. Thank you so much for the awesome service, all of you there at the subway on Valley Dr. You all rock!!!

This one is for poor customer service. I order ahead on the app, frequently. I go to subway for my job across different locations, all the time (since I travel). And today this valley location made a mistake on my sub. They gave me turkey instead of tuna, which is understandable. But when I asked the sandwich artist about it she proceeded to look at me with what felt like disgust about wanting the sandwich I ordered.. then proceeded to never apologize for the mistake.. and then when I asked her if she was making it a melt (since she was using the regular bread) she decided to give me attitude. I told her I’ve had melts with the thick bread from other locations, which she responded that “no, other locations use this same bread too” even though I was telling her from past experience that wasn’t the case. I even went as far to try and show her on the app the differences in bread, but she decided she had enough of me and told her associate to tell me she was too busy to help me… this location is going downhill unfortunately. I’ll try once more and see how it goes next time before I make the final decision on this spot. The artists name was vinete or linete? Idk because I had to ask her fellow associate who told me she was “too busy for me” so hopefully management reads these comments.

I went to this location at 6:45pm. A solid bit before the stated closing time. The employee Jorge was working tonight and assisted me with my order. All was fine until we got to the avocado. He tried to scrape the bottom of a clearly quite old container. This resulted in maybe 75% of a single scoop rather than the usual 2 FULL scoops I was supposed to get. The attitude overall was just not great. Especially considering the last time I visited this location I received a similar treatment from the same employee. Except the last time was closer to close and he said he could not get more avocado but didn’t tell me why. Just not s great customer service personality. Food is okay. Would only do one star but that would make me feel bad as other employees have been solid.

Worst experience I’ve had. Had a protein bowl with double meat. Double meat was 2 extra thin slices of beef. I asked for chopped beef. Cheese was about a enough to fill a tablespoon. Sauce was about a squirt or 2. Basically filled up the bowl a little over half way. And those 2 thin slices of beef was just under $5. All together this sub quality protein salad was just under $18. What a ripoff!!!

I hope the manager at this place sees this. The 2 workers that were there today seem to have no desire to be there and showed it. The girl was rude and the guy talked so low that it was so hard to understand him. And they gave me the wrong kind of chicken. I’ll never be going to this place again.
