I never have anything bad to say about subway. But this location changed that real quick. Now I love the convenience of this location being in Walmart but they really need to learn customer service. I had ordered 3 sandwiches and I was given glares every time I asked for something on my sandwich. I ordered one of them without any sauces and just veggies but this employee rolled his eyes when I said I didn’t want any sauces. Last thing is the bread was super crispy and very very flakey.

I’d like to credit Jason for making us some food right after we got off work it was delicious and he made sure the sandwich was how we wanted it along every step. Great atmosphere he makes them the best. Not only did he seem to be the only one on shift but he had a great attitude. Great guy, he was very polite and patient.

So, I usually don’t leave reviews but we were there this morning and the meat had been left out, they burnt both our footlongs, and weren’t using very professional language. I give their service a 2 because its the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had but I’m sure it could’ve been worse (maybe). And I love Subway. DO NOT EAT HERE

I was very upset with the customer service . The person taking my order got it all wrong. I ask to speak with manager but they told he wasn’t there. The resturant was very dirty. The floor hadn’t been sweep and there was food on the floor and the drink station was very dirty. The tables needed to be wiped down. I have been in the customer service for 32 yrs and I have seen better Subways. Your Subway team need more training in customer service and knowing how to make sandwiches.

Never write negative reviews but I’m making an exception for today’s experience.For starters, there was only one worker there so it was obviously going to be slow but dear god the worker there, Jasmine, was so incredibly slow and would stop what she’s doing to say random little comments EVERY TEN SECONDS, it took me 30 minutes to get my sandwich and I was second in line, incredibly unacceptable.not only was jasmine incredibly slow, but she put things on my sandwich I hadn’t asked for at all, literally got done ordering, and she paused. Said “is that all?” I said yes, and she immediately reached over and douses my sandwich in mayonnaise, ruining the entire thing, I really WISH I was joking about this, I would’ve had her remake it but I wasn’t about to have her spend another hour remaking it, I had places to be.Terrible speed and terrible service.

Jasmine is amazing!! Our wrestling team needed dinner and Jasmine delivered… by herself! Oregon’s Bend Sr HS wrestling team appreciates Jasmine’s hard work! As she was almost finished with our order of 25 sandos, her manager showed up & scolded her that they don’t do orders that large. (We tried to be kind… 90% were solely meat, cheese & lettuce) As Jasmine was working her rear off, juggling myself and others, she didn’t need that then. Glad manager finally jumped in to help. I did call 1st to make sure they had enough supplies. As an employer, I’d be very happy to have Jasmine.

I’d like to credit the girl who made my sandwich, I believe her name was Mariah. My sandwich was made great and my kids also said they loved it, maybe more than mine lol. From what I seen sitting there and eating my lunch, this girl was dealing with a rush all by herself and around this time and with the holidays they are busy and for her to be working alone makes me sad because this girl deserves to at least take a minute for herself and breath or there needs to be a second person there with her. Even though there was a continuous line she always greeted every customer politely. Just want this girl to be recognized for how awesome she was.

The customer service I received today was painful. I mean, it actually made my head hurt. The only employee working could not have shown and worked with less motivation. If he had been any slower, he would have been a statue. I really hate leaving such negative reviews, but unfortunately this guy warranted one. I really think he was stoned. Some people can function well when stoned. Can be very productive. But not in this case. Or maybe that was the problem. Maybe he wasn’t stoned enough ♀️ When he finally finished making my one sandwich and I handed him cash to pay he looked at me stumped and asked me “wha-what’s this…I’m confused…what’s happening?” I had no words. I replied “I’m paying….with cash….” He then replied “oh oh, ya, sorry, I’m just really out of it. I mean I’m just really really out of it”. I am not even kidding. This was the exact conversation. I’m sorry, but this sort of customer service is not helping your business at all.

I do want to preface this by saying I have a lot of patience for customer service having worked as a cashier for a two or three years in high school. I usually do not write bad reviews but this particular restaurant deserves it. In my life I’ve only written two or three bad reviews for businesses. I had a horrible experience at this Subway located in the Walmart next to Garrity and Franklin in Nampa. It was 6:29 pm on a Thursday (March 17th 2022) and I was stopping it and to get a sandwich before I picked up a few things at Walmart. I remember the time because I double checked to make sure it wasn’t too late in the evening. Since it was only 6:29 p.m. most subways are open in the surrounding areas. As I entered Walmart, this particular Subway had the metal fence slightly shut so it looks like they were starting to wrap up for the night. But the fence was still open at the entrance, so I entered Subway to get my sandwich quick and move on with my shopping. There were two girls working the counter. One of them was helping a couple in front of me and the other was doing some cleanup behind the first girl. The second girl glared at me when I walked in, then walked over to the fence and angrily shut the fence more closed to block the door. She then walked over to the first section of the counter that contained the meat and cheese, and without saying anything to me, closed the glass top. And refuse to acknowledge that I was there. Not once did either of the girls say anything about closing as I walked in, and there are no hours posted near the entrance to let customers know when closing time is. Instead the staff decided to be rude to their customers, because they wanted to leave early. I have never had this kind of experience before and I’ve been to multiple Subways since it’s one of my favorite restaurants for fast food. I was blown away at the rudeness and inconsideration these workers showed. I will never be visiting that Subway again. The management should check who they hire and put some better policies in place if they actually want customers to come. They could go as extreme as firing the girls that were working since I imagine they treat other customers as rude as they did to me. If you’re in the area you can go south on Garrity and find another Subway restaurant that’s about a half mile away from the one in Walmart where they have better service than the Subway in Walmart did.
