This location has continuously has the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever seen and just horrendous service. The young boy that works there now is always listening to his headphones and when he talks to someone on them, he doesn’t even say anything to you so you’re not sure if he’s talking to you or what. Then he continued with his phone call talking bad about other employees he works with. I’ve had so many bad experiences here but unfortunately my husband works right next to this location so it’s usually one of the only options for him since he only has a 30 minute lunch. Today there was ZERO bread made (at almost 1pm) and no food out, when he walked in no one came to the front for over 5 minutes to even acknowledge him. This place needs a serious makeover with staff. I can’t believe any of them still have a job.

To sum everything up. It was unprofessional. I walked in the store and was greeted by a young man in blue pajama pants and hair that wasn’t in a hat or hair net; his hair was long enough to be kept in a ponytail. They were out of almost every bread except white and wheat bread; even those had minimal preparation. They didn’t have half the meats they were supposed to and the same goes for the vegetables. None of the chips were stocked. I want to add that I walked in at 10 AM which is when they open, all of this should have been prepped and pre-prepared before opening. I worked at a Subway for 2 years and I have never seen such disorder and mismanagement. To top it all off though, they don’t accept coupons, despite having a coupon scanner. I was not able to get sandwiches.

I arrived at this subway on 8/27/22, around 545pm. The young employee “who I didn’t get his name, my fault” was working alone. However even under the pressure with more customers walking in behind me, he still greeted everyone and was very polite. He made sure the 3 customers before me were taken care of and satisfied with their order. His customer service is amazing! I was once in his shoes about 25 years ago when I worked for subway, so I understand the pressure he was probably feeling. I hope his boss or the owner sees this. He is a star employee. Put value in employees like this. He has great work ethic! Us as customers need to have patience when we arrive and see the young people who do their job and do it well. I know it’s not in every place we go, if you encounter this employee you will see for yourself. Don’t get frustrated because it’s taking a little longer, be happy he is there to serve us and doing a great job at it. If you happen to encounter this young guy, help boost him up and drop him a tip. He deserved every bit of the tip I left him! Thank you for the new #4 Supreme meats! Perfect sandwich!

It’s a great brand, awesome food, and typically good service in the Subway Brand. But the staff were slow, and the location is a bit rough. This day in age, pick up service needs to be fast. They got my order right though, so I am grateful for that!

The staff was very rude and have a bad attitude. I ordered a chicken breast with bacon and he said he was all out of chicken breast patties, without even telling me he just put on the chopped chicken meat instead. Then I told him just salt and pepper and mayonnaise. The dude put salt and pepper on it and squirted vinegar all over it And I hate vinegar I asked him “why did you squirt vinegar on it” and he said “oh I’m sorry” and just squirt mayonnaise on it like I didn’t see what just happened. I told him never mind had just left the store. the guy with a beard followed me outside to challenge me to a fight. I told him to get lost on not fighting over a sandwich and he said to never come back to his store again. Which will absolutely not be a problem at all.

I did an order on the app and I called the store to make a change on my drink. When I called I was told they where out of all meats except 5. So I ask them to substitute and add extra meat for my inconvenience. I was told that can’t happen because it not there problem. “They can’t change the app and had not number to call me”. My number is on the top and when I went to the store I was treat with the worst customer service I have ever had in my 45 years. If I ran that subway I would be embarrassed by my staff that worked today

Fresh bread was just coming out as I walked in. Fantastic aroma in the air and a soft footlong herb and cheese simply cannot be beat. Juicy turkey, crisp vegetables and dark green spinach make for a perfect sandwich. This place was clean and very well organized. It is easy to see that the owner cares about the location and the product. This in turn translates to a happy guest. Hands down the best Subway I have eaten at for as long as I can remember. A+

Ordered on Doordash. Received a 6″ rather than 12″ on both subs ordered that only had meatballs, missing all other toppings. Both were #6’s as listed on the menu.. In summary, wrong size and missing almost every item.

Ordered online about two weeks ago everything was fine except the fact that the doordash driver forgot my drinks. I called and they said to have doordash send the driver back but when I called doordash they tried calling the store to confirm and no one answered so they couldn’t send the driver back. they also couldnt give me a refund do to it being an order from subway’s website so they sent an email to the stores owner, he contacted me through email twice and told me to contact doordash for the refund, I told him what they said but never got a reply back. a week later I called doordash and they said they received word that the refund was done though I never got it. doordash again sent an email and I haven’t heard anything since, all I wanted was my soda’s or a refund either or I would have been happy. three bottles around $7 all together. like I said I would of been happy if they would have let me come pick up the sodas but I was never offered even that…. Very unhappy.
