The customer service that Zach had with me was very unprofessional, rude and in wiling to refund or remake was messed up by them in the first place. I spent over $30 at this store and had it delivered by postmates. My order had to be taking back because it was not all there and my sandwiches were at that point wet and soggy. I called the store and nicely explained what was going on and asked upon her arrival I could get fresh sandwiches and the rest of my order. Zach told me no. Told me that he was not gonna remake $30 of food without an additional payment even though this was no fault of my own nor would he refund me. I got upset and asked to speak with a manager because this was not ok and horrible customer service. He said no there is no manager until Monday and would only give me a name of peppa no last name no contact info then proceed to call me names and hang up on me. With no resolution. I have worked and owner operated many stores for 17 years. starting my customer services career at 14 with Chick-fil-A and they hold standards high and I will never shop at this subway again. I also would like a resolution to my problem because I shouldn’t have to pay for food that I can’t eat due to the carelessness of a poorly trained employee not to mention that when the postmates arrived back to my house they were told by zach that he could not fix my order or even complete my order due to not having what I ordered and wasn’t going to get a refund. So I’m sitting her $30 out the window soggy sandwiches (so soggy the wrapper is whipping), no napkins and half my order, with NO RESOLUTION.

Poor service no accountability order on line for delivery. The charge went thru but the order did not show in my account. Called the store and was told they did not receive my order. The store employee said there was nothing he could unless he sees the order. Then door dash delivers an order for a different customer. Do not order here from reviews this not the first time. So I am out $22.47 for nothing.

Zach makes a good sandwich, made to order. Never have had a problem when I ordered in the store. Ingredients is mostly fresh. I did get a sandwich with a bit of wilted, brown lettuce on it last time. I will continue to be a customer at this location.

I ordered a sandwich online to pick up on my break and when I arrived, the girl there said she had no online orders and that it must be at another location. I asked her the address and she said E Harmony, so I said, “2185?” (per my payment confirmation) and she said no. Which was untrue, but I think she just didn’t know the address to her own place of work. She then made me wait while she made subs for the people in line, despite me placing me order almost an hour ago, just to continue to argue with me in front of other customers when she was done with them. I showed her that the payment pulled from my chase app, that the address was correct, that it was definitely for that date and time, and she said “well, I don’t know what to do, because my computer didn’t get it.” I told her I wasn’t going to pay for 2 sandwiches and only get 1 because of her computer, and she said “I mean, I can make it, but we didn’t get it.” I even said maybe it was already made, since I was a bit late picking it up, and she told me “no, and I would know, because I’ve been the only person here.” Turns out, IT WAS ALREADY MADE, and all this arguing was for nothing. Good customer service would have been immediately making the sandwich when I showed her my confirmation, or at least giving me a drink or cookie after all that arguing in front of other people. I used to work at a Subway and we would never do something like that. I was late coming back from break.

This is the second time that I ordered and the man working was extremely rude to me. He said he is not a cookie shop. I ordered 6 footlong subs and 12 cookies. That would be 2 cookies per person. Then when I get home the subs were poorly made. Everything just fell out when I opened it. I have had this same person being rude to me once before, and this second I have had enough. I will not be back to this store again to be abused, I am a customer, not someone to take out your anger on! Worst customer service ever!

Peps was very rude! I had two children who needed sandwiches. They don’t always know what they want. She was impatient, trying to orient someone new.m, and ripped the meat off of the sandwich he was trying to make. Will not come here and watch this kind of treatment of others again!!

hmmm i would suggest not going near closing time. i was treated very poorly by the gentleman working. very short and snappy and had put away half of the veggie ingredients & wouldn’t have pulled out the ones he did from the fridge if i hadn’t seen them. look, i work in the restaurant industry i get when people come in before close it can be frustrating. but i will ALWAYS tip to make up for it, as i still did, even after being treated the way i was. i just hope his attitude is the reason he loses his job, and that he doesn’t treat all customers that way. very disappointed, will be going to the one off lemay from here on out.

Have only had good experiences here, in many visits. Other Subways have been hit or miss, this one has been consistently excellent. Friendly staff, with good topping distribution and awareness to discard less than ideal veggies from ever making it onto the sandwich.
