Absolutely horrible. Local customers so we know how the tourist season is. It sucks! However not one of these employees could even crack a smile or even speak up so we could hear them. Out of the one ingredient we came in for, which would have been okay had we gotten somewhat decent attitude. One lady completely crushed my sandwich while cutting it, lathered it in salt, making it almost uneatable. My partner decided to not get anything at all after he saw how mine was. I understand food service isn’t the most glamorous but if you’re so miserable that you don’t greet, or even speak to your customers like they’re humans, then find someplace you’d actually enjoy working. Not trying to be a bad person as I work in food service myself and understand it’s a stressful environment but genuinely a horrible experience.

Extremely bad employees, it took over 30 minutes to get our sandwiches (keep in mind there weren’t more then 6 people in front of us). This location is disrespectfully filthy, we overheard a customer tell one of the sandwich preps to not lean into/put her elbow on her sandwich, one of the girls was extremely rude and unprofessional, another one of the girls touched the cash register with a pair of gloves then proceeded to use the same hand to close the sandwich without the little knife.

I haven’t had Subway for awhile, so we stopped in on a recent trip. The ladies’ toilet was broken and gross. The men’s room was passable but hardly clean. The employee seemed to want to be anywhere else. Most importantly, the prices were staggering and the food was far below par. Will not be stopping again.

The manager refused to give a cup of water to the father and two young children in front of me in line. According to the manager, the owner has cameras watching to make sure employees don’t give water for free.

My order was online, then I picked it up. I took my sandwich home opened it up, and it was made with a ton of mustard. I do not eat mustard, I didn’t order mustard. Ordering online can be irritating because you tip before getting the food. So, I drive back to Subway, walk in and the staff and customers all stare at me. I stand at the back of the line holding the foot long sandwich. Another customer walks in and decides to just get in front of me. That’s ok, I love hanging out at Subway. After noticing that I was next he says sorry. But, no so much he still gets service before me. Two guys working are finished making everyone’s sandwich and I walk up to the counter. The young man is removing his gloves, he’s done making sandwiches and turns away from me. I asked, would you make my sandwich? These are the same guys that watched me walk in to the store. I am holding a 12 inch long sandwich that is open being held with two hands. The ticket is correct, the sandwich is not. He suggested that he maybe able to make me a new one. My response is I hope so because this is NOT correct. I do not like standing around ordering food at Subway. I order online, save time and I don’t have to point at sandwich items while it’s being made. The entire time from when I ordered online, drove back, waited for everyone in line to have their food made, then mine took 55 minutes. Almost an hour for a $12+ dollar sandwich. I had to answer calls regarding business at the Subway, it’s not ideal. I do have a life and responsibilities outside of ordering fast-food at Subway. I appreciate the offer for free cola, I don’t drink soft drinks. But, thank you. I worked fast-food a few years. Just know when you have a customer it’s not their fault you got the order wrong, but it is the customer that becomes seriously inconvenienced. Driving twice, waiting twice, and so on. Less time spent with me, the customer, will make your day better. I do not live for Subway, it’s your job, You live for Subway, You get paid by Subway, I do not. Both workers made eye contact with me, when I entered the store, next time maybe acknowledge I am holding an open sandwich instead of turning away from me after making everyone’s sandwich. Any time I must do something two times, it does not please me. Please make sure the ordered sandwich is correct before putting it on the to go rack. The person that orders to go and tips does NOT want to talk or spend time in the shop, in my case, I have a call I am waiting on from someone. Then, you do not need to see me ever that makes me happy too.

Sad, sad, sad…! This “restaurant” chain is doomed to fail. They are extra conservative with their toppings, whereas $21 will get you a piece of bread, chips, and a drink. I’ve never left more hungry than when I arrived. Good luck!

Typical subway, stopped in to get some breakfast on way to winter resorts. Super helpful employee. Also this Subway is next to a Starbucks and it looks like it might have a drive through. It does not.

Man “helping” us was complaining the entire time, giving me his opinion on my sandwich saying it was gross, store was dirty and out of half of the ingredients. Finally got sandwich and it was falling apart and completely not worth the 5 minutes of insults and complaining we went through. Will not be going back.
