Super clean, extremely friendly staff that bent over backwards to greet us, engage in friendly conversation and made our daughters pizza flatbreads when we discovered pizza was no longer on the menu. They even came back and gave us some kids activity sheets after the fact. I hope this staff is recognized by their management for the incredible customer service they demonstrate and the way they make us want to come back! Highly recommend

I came up here at 9pm trying to get a sandwich only to see that the door is locked and the closers were shutting down for the day even though there are people sitting and eating inside. Extremely rude.

The guy with the super curly hair did not seem like he wanted to be here and seemed bothered by the fact that we were ordering. Plus he had his headphones in so he wasn’t listening. How do you get parmesan from pepper jack. My husband was just hungry so he let it go but was really upset in the car about it.

Who manages this place?! They are not following there franchise commitments. Drive-thru not working, only bread options available at 3pm on a Saturday are white or wheat, nothing stocked, all meat and veggies looks a week old. Tables, chairs and glass top are FILTHY. COME ON corporate, fix this franchise asap.

Don’t waste your time. I’ve never experienced a restaurant be closed, or short on ingredients, so often. Of the multiple times I’ve come here, once they did not have everything for the sandwiches, but were still supposed to be open for several hours. Two other times they were not open to hours, or were open to “online orders only”. Ridiculous.

Went 30-40 minutes before closing – all Subway’s in the area had already packed up the food and said they were closed. Otherwise, the food is fresh and you get friendly service. Just don’t go too late!

Quite possibly the sloppiest sandwiches we’ve ever had and we’ve lived in 5 different states. The meat was thrown on in one glob. The bread was hard and it wasnt even toasted. The sauce was literally dripping off…ridiculous.
