I did not receive the 2 salads i ordered and nothing was done about returning the money for them. I ordered them on Aug 5 through door dash and just got a note they were out of bowls. When called the girl didn’t know how to refund the salads. If it couldn’t be done then they should have called to cancel the order. Now i doubt I’ll ever order from them again not knowing if my food will arrive or I’ll get cheated out of 20 bucks

Let me add to the list of bad reviews. Ordered two foot long subs for myself and a coworker and they barely put any steak on the sandwich. Really is pitiful that subway thinks hiring athletes to market for them will help keep customers. #DoBetter

A roast beef sandwich with everything was ordered and what was received was disappointing. There were at most 3 single slices of roast beef on a footlong sandwich. “Where’s the beef”? At the price of $9.79 the sandwich should resemble the ads. For comparison see the pictures attached.

On a late Friday afternoon Me and my 2 girls decided to have subway so we went to the lakeway location by Heb . All the restaurant there wher full of people except subway and now I know why . Imagine three of us going in to buy 3 footlongs , chips and drinks and use one footlong coupon for 5.99$ And boom one of the employees or a manager I guess jumped from inside and said we don’t accept coupons with an unfriendly tone . With no more to add I know now why the store is always empty. And good luck

Inconsistent at best. My sub was good last time. And again, not great this time. Stale spinach. Blah! I ate in this time and I could have mentioned it. But these days I try to leave well enough alone and not make waves. If it was unpalatable of course I’d have said something. Not the case in my younger days. I would have asked for another sub without hesitation. But I’m sure there are plenty of other folks who will speak up. Gonna be awhile before I go back. This is the result of absentee ownership. Others think they can invest in a place like this and it’ll take care of itself…well, it don’t work that way. It didn’t for the last owner. And now it’s happening again. Sheesh!!

The customer service was horrible the moment I walked in the store. The girl made my sandwich and cut it horribly. Then she proceeded to take my money and throw my change at me. I ask for a refund because of all of this and she got upset and wasn’t at first going to give my change back and went on to try and serve the next customer but when he told her to finish with me she got upset and grab the phone and went to the back. Then came back and told the other customer he can go to another store and gave me my refund and went back to the back. Leaving the customer asking why he needed to go to another subway. Just horrible. I sent an email to headquarters and all I got was an email from the store saying sorry. Definitely the worst store I’ve ever been too!!
