Just left here and I’m passed angry. I ordered the Turkey Titan and the bread is old hard and stale. I’m guessing they are praying everyone asks for the sandwich to be toasted so we wouldn’t know. I’m seeing all these horrible reviews from this subway. I think it’s time for new management. And to say it’s in Round Rock, I’d expect this type of bad service further out. DO NOT ORDER from here early. Ordered delivery and they made the subs with old rotten meat. Clearly from the day before and sat in the sunlight for so long, and smelled soo bad I ran for the bathroom to puke. And add to that there are new stickers on the sandwich wrapper that says “Sliced to order” LIES!. Also I orderded + bacon for like $2 and it wasnt there. $18 down the drain. I’ve eaten maybe 100 subway subs and this is the worst.

I tried ordering the grilled chicken and the man that was assisting me aggressively responded that they didn’t have any, twice. I only asked once, and they didn’t have signs saying that they didn’t have any, so I don’t understand why I was met with such hostility over an innocent question. He was very rude throughout the whole interaction up until I paid. I nearly expected him to throw the sandwich at me. This was extremely disappointing and disrespectful, for no reason.
