The food was good, but they smushed our sandwiches. Our cookies got dropped and they refused to replace them, making us pay for more. I ordered a pretzel and they did not put it on my order at all. Very poor customer service

Workers barely look at you, seemed to be racially profiling a young Black man standing next to me in line because they kept staring at him while I tried to order. Then they started yelling at another man for sitting at a table to long and I got so uncomfortable I left immediately.

Absolutely disgusting service from the middle-aged South Asian couple Franchisee of this Subway location. I am from Canada and no matter where I am in the world Subway has all been my go to, as I love the freshness of their products and the fact that it is prepared right before the customers eyes. However, this subway location earns a big “0” on all the above statements. The lady co-franchisee is super stingy and miser with adding the standard quantity of vegetables to the sub ordered, let alone requesting anything extra. She is so shallow with it that when confronted about it, she gave me the reason for not doing the requested as: “Subway has pre-decided what will be on the sandwich and I won’t put anything more”, when at other Subways’ that I have been too in the same area and also owned by some franchisee doesn’t follow there pinchpenny principle. Additionally, that same lady is very rude and has no idea on how to deal with customers, she should know by now at least that these customers who she is being a cheapskate and rude with keep her bussiness running. I mean just look at the other negative reviews prior to mine! Absolutely pathetic behavior and ethics. I can’t believe Subway which is such a big brand name all over the world is letting this thoughtless and parsimonious couple run one of their stores. All they are doing is giving a bad name to the Subway brand. I am literally a 3-minute walk from this location, but I’ll never go or spend a single penny here again because of how miserly I was treated on my intial visit. The funny thing is that to save a couple of cents in vegetables this niggardly franchisee couple lost hundreds in future orders. Highly suggest avoiding this location at all costs unless you are keen on being disrespected and not getting your money’s worth…Buyer Beware! ⚠️ Luckily Subway asks its operators to have the drink fountain on the outside, if it has been on the inside forget any refill. I actually doubt you would even a get full glass of soda-pop on the first time either given on how beggarly they are with portions. Think again Patel ♿

This has to be the WORST Subway ever!!! If I could not give it a star rating and just leave a review I would!! I ordered a 6 inch veggie patty with everything on it except peppers. I must have gotten 6 pieces of lettuce, 3 slices tomatoes, a few leaves of spinach, pickles and ONE (yes one!!) olive. The sauce (I asked for Southwest and Sweet Onion) was nonexistent- the sandwich was dry AF!! Save yourself the agony and find another Subway. #LocalGuides

I am never eating at this subway EVER again. I work in the area and frequent this Wal-Mart quite often during my lunch break. I’ve ordered at this subway before and the workers tend to just carry on with their personal conversations after a quick, “hello” which I don’t really care, it’s subway I don’t expect too much.

I’m disabled and I need one of them electric cart things to move around I have my own literally would not let me in the store because I was on it so there’s no carts allowed in the store. I said man I can’t walk well through then we’ll come to you but you can’t come in the store cuz carts are unsanitary. And I told him it’s discrimination I can’t walk right and you’re not letting me eat here because I need the assistance of one of these electric card things and then they got upset and they finally we’re going to let me in but then they wanted me to stand in a certain area like I didn’t have access to the restaurant like a normal patron one who could walk and I’m like no I’m not doing that because literally every other restaurant I go to let me in with my card thing.

I ordered the icee the blue raspberry one and the girls put cherry one for me i say hey I ordered blue raspberry and she lowers her eyes on me like it my mistake. I been here a lot times the old lady in afternoon always nice and good attitude to customers but this young lady is has zero customer service besides giving you a bad attitude. Acting like no education and also don’t has no service mind at all. She has to be takes care of very rude and unprofessional!!!
