Today is 6/11/23 at 12:30. Whoever that girl is that was working, didn’t even acknowledge I was at the counter and just kept moving every single shelf of bread. Not a “hi how are you” or “one moment please”. Nothing. And I was on my lunch break so it’s rude she didn’t care about the customer at all. I’ve never had bad service here either so that was aggravating.

I went to pick up an order I had already paid for. While waiting, a man smoking outside walked into the store, immediately behind the counter, grabbed a subways knife (that the staff uses for sandwiches) and brought it outside. He used the knife on his car to remove something in the tire well (his girlfriend was wearing a subway shirt and waiting inside the car. I believe she works for the store. I don’t believe he did). He was smoking the whole time he used this knife, then he walked inside the store WITH his lit cigarette, put the knife down behind the counter (not in a sink from what I could see sitting in the curbside pickup zone), and left!

Last night, my girlfriend and I went to get some sandwiches and we came in late around 9:30pm and the closing girl (fluffy white girl). Which I was planning to tip heavily because of us coming so late. She said people always come an hour before closing out loud to us and another customer ordering her food. Then proceeded to take our order but said we have to pick something that doesn’t require a spoon. She then said unless you want me to use the dirty spoon in the pile of dirty dishes to serve you. You couldn’t take 15 seconds to rinse of a spoon. I kindly responded thank but we will just let you close. As a customer I have to work late just like her and just because you close at 10 doesn’t mean you get to leave at 10. I expect a response and some type of compensation for the way were treated. If I don’t get a response I will find out who I have to contact to get a response. 5/19/23

You can get a wrap with the same ingredients as the sandwiches and avoid all that bulky wheat and they’re great! I haven’t tried Subway in a few years and was surprised how good the grilled chicken wrap was. Even went back the next day!

So I normally wouldn’t do this yet I am a Customer Service Consultant and I have been in this business for over 15+ years and this experience was ridiculous and did not in any way show the expression of true customer service. My son frequents Subway often. He loves their sandwiches and purchases the same sandwich from them weekly. Unfortunately, this particular location he has had poor experiences with to the point he stopped going. He needed to order online due to vehicle needing to be serviced. He order two Black Forest ham sandwiches online. It gave a time they would be ready. Pulled up a few minutes late – sandwiches NOT ready. Ok, give them time to make them while running to the convenient store. Return to get sandwiches. He works overnight so sleeps before getting up on his day off. Gets up (Subway is closed by now kind you) to eat his sandwich where he gave specific instructions and NO MEAT is barely on the sandwich, NO LETTUCE , one small slice of tomato and asked for extra oil/vinegar and sandwich is dry. Disappointing after waking up to eat your sandwich you paid for. I, mom says while he’s asleep I will call/go up there to fix the situation. I take pictures and show the employees (same ones from the day of order) and I’m told he cannot get at least ONE of his sandwiches remade because he didn’t bring the sandwich back. The story was closed by the time he woke up so how could he. Then, no apology just excuses. Asked to speak to management said they couldn’t give number or email out. Asked for management to call me…absolutely NO PHONE CALL(which I already knew they wasn’t going to be one). I have had items missing from a salad at Jason’s deli when I did a pickup for my order. Got home, saw what was missing called and there was no problem. Made me a NEW salad and on top of that DELIVERED the salad to me at no cost! Now that is customer service! I have money… I wasn’t trying to get over; it was the principle of showing good customer service. I’m appalled at the name Subway showing this type of service. And their vegetables are not fresh like that anyway especially consistently. All of those connected to my business and family will never attend this Subway again. Definitely need better more mature and informed management.

Sadly lacking all around.. Almost every table was dirty.. The kids high chairs look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. They were not stocked well at all almost everything was empty. The customer service was extremely sad. The poor girl there looks so sad I asked her if she was OK.. I feel they all need to go through training again and they all need a hug.

The food looked old and the bread was crumbly which let me know it was stale. The employee had on a tank top and rip off pants, I was wondering what happened to the dress code that was enforced for subway workers. My daughter was sick after eating here, so this will be my last time in this location. It’s crazy to see the state of this subway, I worked at Subway as a teenager and there used to be high standards back in the day. Such as freshly cut veggies daily, fresh refrigerated meat, bread made each morning that was discarded each night, and, cookies made daily. We also had a dress code with a required subway shirt, black pants only, name tag, and a cap on our head.
