The manager Julio for some reason doesn’t like me I guess because I like to use coupons when I eat there , when I go to any other subway I never have a problem only here! I understand the coupon excludes certain subs, the one I order is the subway club which I don’t see,do you? here it is Redeemable at participating U.S. restaurants. Add-ons addtI. Plus tax. I’ve been there twice and both times he told me I can’t get the subway club and I told (it) the manager it doesn’t state the subway club is excluded THEY GET 4 BIG FAT ZEROS FROM ME. And to the owner of this SUBWAY you might want tell him he is wrong for denying me my subway club when he’s giving it to other customers and I know this SUBWAY IS A PARTICIPATING US RESTAURANT because he was going to take the coupon but I just couldn’t get the subway club for his own personal reasons &$$#0/€

Money stealers and stingy employees!! I placed a mobile order around 1pm and when I got home I received practically no meat on my sub! This is unacceptable, please save your money and go somewhere else. I called the store to see if I could get a refund and they told me they wouldn’t do anything because I used a discount. Please check your food! Very disappointed.

They need more people they only have one person serving everybody, every time it’s full of people 30 to 40 minutes to get a sandwich. And it’s not the person service problem one person can’t do everything, that’s why there’s always something missing. They just need more people.

I’ve placed online orders here twice and the only thing that was right were the bags of chips. Unless you are there to point out each detail, don’t bother. Ordering from the app is useless. Only reason I did was due to coupons only being available on the app. and this location.

This store needs to be fixed. They are charging you extra for your food, as if prices weren’t expensive already. Ask for your receipt on all purchases!!! These people are scammers. The manager is not helpful and very rude. Horrible experience never coming back!

I went to buy a Italian, BMT, and I will charge for a ultimate BMT which is OK if they would’ve gave me that extra cheese that it comes with this is not the first time they do that I caught it upfront the first time so he fixed it this time. I didn’t catch it until I was eating. I went up there to tell him about it, and he got mad gave me my money and told me I’m not allowed in the restaurant no more and I asked him what did I do wrong? And he said I’m the manager so you’re not allowed in here no more he gave me my money back but I wanna be able to go back to that subway he says I know customers like you and I told him customers like me they speak up for themselves and I ask for my receipt back, and he said no just check your receipts if you had to go to this location

Someone needs to look into this store i just went a few minutes ago the 2 hispanic guys with bad attitudes were there i ordered a sandwich the total came out wrong a dollar over and the moment i mentioned it the guy ringing it up he walked away and the other guy came to cancel the order told me to take the sandwich and never come back what hell is their problem i didnt say anything other than the total is wrong as i order the same sandwich almost every day no extras nothing but the basic order and its always right around 650 this time it came out to 750 so when i mention its wrong i get the order canceled and kicked out i didnt catch their names but it was right around 12 pm 3/6/2023 I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AS LONG AS THOSE RUDE GUYS ARE THERE
