Every time I order on their app I’m told it’s ready and I get there and they tell me they are out of stuff or the order isn’t ready…don’t u think if ur out of something u should call them before they drive all the way there and tell them. This last time I asked for extra pickles and there were only 6 pickles on the sandwich. My dad and I wanted salt and pepper on our sandwiches and it was drenched in pepper. It was so hard to eat. Also this last time it said my order was ready I get there and she comes out saying we have to prep more provolone cheese I said no biggie. 10 secs later she comes out and says she’s out I said american is fine.5 mins go by….10 mins….15 mins…..20 mins go by and I’m still waiting. Finally another lady brings it out going I didn’t know u were out here or I would have brought it out sooner. I said I’ve been out here for 20 mins….the workers are nice but the service and food aren’t good

Worst possible way to do business. Ordered online for pickup. Got there, waited 20 minutes for them to say the order never got to them. Showed them it came out of my bank account and they said there is nothing they can do if it is not in their system. No refund and no food was given to me. Terrible

I’m a fan of a quick subway stop. I wouldn’t say this was quick – I waited for it to be convenient for the employees to serve me, waited for the managers to finish inventory on the register before checking out, had to request lids for cups that were out of stock, etc.

I would give this place a zero if I could. There were dead flies laying on the lid containers of the meat. When I pointed it out to the employees they said “I know”. The girl making our order was completely rude and out of it. She messed our order up twice while making it and had to start over. Once I got in the car, I realized there were no condiments on one of the sandwiches so I had to go back in. She then tried to argue that there was Mayo on the sandwich when the bread was clearly dry with nothing on it. She ended up fixing my sandwich after huffing and puffing and then hands it back to me halfway unwrapped. Completely disgusting and unprofessional establishment.
