This store is constantly out of items — both bread and veggies. What they do have is rarely fresh. As of late, they want to write down everything I want on my sandwich from the very beginning. This defeats the point of the assembly line process that Subway is known for. Sometimes I don’t know what all I want on my sandwich until the time comes. I tried explaining that and they refused to allow me to wait until that step — saying corporate wants them to write everything down at the beginning in order to make things faster. I asked her, “Does this feel faster so far?” They have terrible attitudes as well. Never apologetic for being out of things. In fact they sometimes look relieved to lose the sale as several people tend to say “Oh, ok” and walk out the door. This place is simply terrible. It’s convenient to where I work, otherwise I wouldn’t ever come here.

The place looks nice, plus the servers are really kind and helpful. They make mistakes sometimes, but who doesn’t? I hope they are paid more in the future… only complaint is that they put up a sign with words, blurring the meats and cheeses so it is hard to tell what stuff looks like… please remove. The food was delicious though!

If Sylvia is making your sandwich, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We placed an order for pick up and came before they started making our sandwiches. As we were waiting, I noticed that she was using her phone while wearing the same gloves she was prepping our sandwiches with. I was uncomfortable watching her go back and forth from her phone, to making our sandwiches and decided to speak up and kindly asked her to use different gloves to put the toppings on our sandwiches (which I should have asked her to remake our sandwiches to begin with). She changes her gloves and proceeds to make the sandwiches until I looked up from where we were waiting and realized she had the audacity to use her phone AGAIN right after I told her that it was unsanitary. At this point we requested for a refund as our experience was not only unsanitary, but completely disrespectful. Sylvia then says “I’m the assistant manager here and I can’t process the refund, you’ll have to come back tomorrow morning.” Unbelievable that an assistant manager doesn’t know basic health protocols let alone basic customer service. I ask the other employee working if she can remake our sandwiches and Sylvia says “Not without my permission. I have to call my manager to see if we can remake it.” She calls her manager on the phone and doesn’t tell the manager the whole story, but tells them that we asked her to change her gloves and still wanted her to remake the sandwiches leaving out the part that she was USING HER PHONE. After “getting permission from the person over the phone” she then tells the other employee that she can remake our sandwiches. Save yourself a trip and just don’t come to here.

This Subway franchise needs to close. The employees absolutely ignored me when I came in to order a sandwich. One of them continued to count pennies in the register while the other one swept the floors with all the food uncovered. You could see dust flying up in the air how much of it landed on the food, I have no idea. Either way, don’t go here. I never did get any recognition. Therefore, I never was able to order any food. So I left. There are other Subway franchises nearby.

If you are looking for attitude this is the place to go. Went in to get a 6 inch veggie sub. While I was waiting for my sub, there was an online order which the employee started and completed. During him making the order another customer walked in, now making it two customers in the lobby. Seeing how it was only one employee I figured I should state my order quickly. After he finished my sub I walked to the register expecting him to check me out. I had already waited prior for the online order and my chips were on the counter. When asked if he could check me out instead of starting on another person’s order he rolled his eyes at me, pushed some buttons on the register, and walked away. Didn’t care to bag my items nor say thank you or goodbye. All the while wearing AirPods…. I would spend the extra gas and go to another nearby subway 🙂

I had to put a star so I could write this but this locations does not deserve even 1 star. The floors were an absolute mess there was dirt and hair clumps all over , the veggies looked as if they had been out for a week the staff did not even say hello or acknowledge that I was there. Awful employee on 4/24 at 9:47pm. I pulled up to grab dinner on the way home. As soon as I parked, the employee inside look at me, rolled her eyes, and turned off the open sign. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. This is literally the worst Subway in the area. Save your money, and go somewhere that actually cares. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
