Consistently slow and understaffed. Extremely high turnover, with 2-3 new faces every week. Today, they had 2 people working *during lunch hour,* and only after waiting in line for 10 minutes did they tell me they were out of **lettuce or tomatoes** (so no lunch, I guess). One manager, Dakota, is shockingly rude/borderline abusive to employees and customers, and clearly doesn’t enjoy working there. Honestly not sure how this Subway stays in business. Definitely not recommended. Go to a sit-down restaurant in the area. It’ll be faster, tastier, and won’t cost much more.

The place was swamped with a long line of customers out the door. Obviously understaffed, the three employees inside worked diligently to make sure their guests were taken care of as quickly as possible. Under an immense amount of pressure, they remained cool, calm, collected, and friendly. I was truly impressed.

They were out of a lot of stuff for my sandwich. And said I could get extra of this instead, I said ok that’s fine. Then they charge me for it? And charged me for an item that comes on my sandwich? My buddies were so upset they took back the 5$ tip out of the jar.

Employees were ghetto and not professional. They were too busy trying to change the songs on the speakers and sitting outside on the railing outside the door. And one employee was getting dressed in the corner in front of the trash can!! I will NEVER go back to this location!

When I walked in nobody was there. Took a few minutes then someone finally came out. I already knew it was going to be a bad experience The way his face looked and demeanor. The Rotisserie chicken was empty, maybe 1 scoop left and I said “you’ll need to add chicken, im getting the Rotisserie.” He either didn’t hear or ignored me. He scooped everything from the bottom, including the soggy watery chicken. I told him “you don’t have more, that’s soggy and getting sandwich wet” he said “I don’t, know. Probably not” I told him “I don’t want a wet sandwich, ” he said “ok”. I left, horrible staff. This is why Subway always has to spend money on advertising, experience is bad

Closed more than 3 hours before posted time. Only one employee there actually follows the health code that I’ve seen. The rest are usually outside smoking and ignoring customers. When they are inside sometimes they aren’t even in uniform when working. This is by far the most disgusting subway I have ever had the displeasure of going to. They only thing I buy from them now is a bottle drink or a bag of chips and only if I am desperate.

I ordered thru mobile app and meal was not ready when it was supposed to and it was messed up. They added ingrdients they shouldnt have. But I called the store to inform them and they made it right the next day without and arguing or complaining! I can appreciate that cuz I work hard for my money just to be wasting it! Paid parking on street.

I have always enjoyed subway but lately in the past month this location has been letting me down. I work around the corner and this is the closet subway but I find myself going to another subway near target on 7th. This subway has been having my food cold, The wrong order. Give I do order online but I have gotten there when they just put it on the pick up stand and the meat is cold and I always ask for toasted but I can see the cheese is not even slightly melted.

The service was quick and amazing. The lady in there was kind and friendly. The whole place was very clean. The bathroom needs an update. There was limited variety in chips, but we did go at the end of the day. It is possible there were more chips earlier. Drinks were yummy. Lemonade was great.
