I had a horrible experience at this location. The Hispanic lady is extremely rude and made my sandwich as if I was bothering her. Subway needs to get positive people as their employees. If she is this unhappy at her job she needs to leave.

This is a great location. Franchises, are hit or miss, but this one is special because of Patty – she alone gets the 5 stars. Patty is amazing!! Due to COVID, like most places, they’re short staffed; but Patty will keep it moving. She is fast, friendly, and has excellent customer service. I can always make my own Veggie Delight sandwich at home, but I come here instead, because I enjoy talking with Patty and catching up on my lunch break. Great gal!

Subway was the only place open on February 4th, we had just flown in from Arizona. The City was pretty much shut down due to the Snow. The Young man there at Subway was extremely helpful and very people friendly, we were very thankful for his hospitality. Subway give this young man a raise!

We had not been to Subway for several months, and had forgotten how good the food is. The restaurant was clean and well organized. The young man who made our subs was friendly and quick and made us feel welcome, and his subs were superior. Since this Subway is on our way home from most of the places we frequent, I feel certain we will lunch there again soon.

It’s Subway, so not much can be said. Food isn’t bad, the worker there. I believe her name is Patty. She was very good: friendly and polite. I understand she doesn’t have best reviews about here, but those people either gave her a hard time and being rude; or were just being stupid.

The older lady *Patty* with the long ponytail had a horrible attitude the whole time she was making my sandwich… made me feel really uncomfortable and I will definitely avoid this location in the future. I see more ppl posted about a similar experience. Manager should train her how to have customer service skills or replace her. You are losing customers bc of her

Delicious sandwich. Fairly raw cookies. Bad service. Lady seemed bothered by customers. No smiles, seemed like she was holding back a lot of frustration. I’m pretty sure she thought the job didn’t involve customer interaction.

Sandwiches were completely gross. Not toasted when we asked no sauce. Very disappointed. Patty was very unfriendly quite rude. Saying this will be a expansive sandwich. Which is fine I want what I want and if anyone spending money they should get what they want I was charge for things that weren’t even on my sandwiches. Do not go to this subway!!! It will only be disappointing

Ordered on curbside app. The older lady worker came out and handed me an empty cup saying “we don’t do the drinks” — then handed me a subpar sandwich and the wrong brand of chips. She then added “We have a line out the door” before turning and briskly walking back inside. It isn’t the fault of customers that you now must comply with curbside at a busy time. Some of us need the service. Furthermore, what’s the point of a curbside meal deal when you have to go inside to get your own drink? Strange and rude. Will go to another location in the future.
