I wish someone would teach them how much sauce to put on a sandwich! I had my husband to pick up a Mexicali sandwich for me from the West Oak location and it was literally drowned in the sauce that comes on it. It was so much I couldn’t even eat the sandwich. It would not make me so upset if this was the first time it happened. I normally request easy sauce so that I can eat the sandwich. You would need a straw if you asked for extra sauce.

Servers rude & confused. No soap or toilet paper in women’s restroom. When I told the peeps in front , nobody moved to tend to the problem. No one in there smiled or was friendly. Will never go there again. Service was terrible !!!!

I came through with my father around 9:15 P.M. and the workers walked out the front door waving bye to us. It states they close at 10 P.M. on Google. If they close earlier they need to change their sign as well as the hours here. Absolutely rude gesture to wave bye rather than to at least say they were closed.

There are counters stacked in the interior of the store. The store was understaffed and service was slow for lunch. The sandwich was good but not up to the standards of other stores I’ve visited.

This Subway gets two stars only for the customer service after 8:00pm. Granted it’s understandable if it’s 10 min till 9:00, but these folks see you drive/walk up and they run to the back and hide. The time previous to this I got in the drive through line at 8:30 with two cars ahead of me, who received their sandwiches. When I pulled up at 8:48 which seemed like an unusually long wait spent almost entirely on the second car they told me they were closed after I had waited in line for almost 20 minutes. Tonight it was about 12 minutes till 9:00 and they ran straight to the back when I pulled into the parking space, and I could see everything had already been put up. I don’t hold this against the employees honestly, this store needs to change their closing time to 8:30 if they want their employees leaving by 9:00. The store on the opposite side of town will be getting all of my business (which are $50 minimum) from this point on. I almost never leave a review much less a negative one like this and I understand their line of thought, but that’s the nature of the business their in.

They work hard and work the drive through quickly. Sometimes the vegetables are not washed right. They charged $12 for a regular chicken wrap with avocado (no chips or drink included) maybe they are all in training at the time. Maybe the magement changed hands in the past few weeks.
