Went through the drive thru. This Subway does not honor any commercial deals or any deals. The sub Bread has gotten smaller. The meat portions have got smaller, but they want to charge you $10 for a turkey footlong. It would be better to drive to Melissa,Tx and eat at Jersey Mike’s. This Subway is the worst in Texas. The owner is taking advantage of the Bonham Residents. I will never give you my business again. I work to hard to get too little. I pray to God that you go out of business when the Whataburger and Jersey Mike’s come to town. I would have given you a zero, but you can’t.

Ordered a meatball sub. 4 employees and I was the only person in line. It somehow took 20 mins while the majority of the crew sat in the back in my full view doing NOTHING. THIS IS WHAT I GOT ARE YOU KIDDING!!!

Do not go to this Subway. I ordered a sandwich at the drive thru, the bread was hard as a rock , and I said no tomatoes and had plenty of them in my sandwich. Poor customer service, and unable to get food right or have it fresh, like most subways.

Once again, I paid extra for an ingredient I did not receive. This is the second time I’ve paid for avocado and it was left off my to go sandwich. I ordered through the app, so the ingredients requested were so very clear and in writing. Last time, management wasn’t concerned and didn’t offer to refund me. I brushed it off, thinking it wouldn’t happen again. Well, it happened again and I’m sick of paying extra for nothing. How hard is it?

I am so disappointed with the subway employees and our experience today. We walked in to get 4 subs. Staff were rude and obviously did not want to be there. They complained they were out of certain breads…and when asked what kinds they did have, she looked at the rack and said, “I don’t know”. I had to tell her what kind of bread that I could see and ask for it, because she just pulled out wheat bread and started cutting!! No one welcomed us, they were not friendly at all… girl dropped part of my food on the floor, by trying to carry three of the sandwiches at once). And if i didn’t tell her to replace the dropped meat, she was just going to toast it…hoping I did not see. She made the sandwiches poorly and still expected a tip!! This is the second time this has happened…and it was the same two staff members. Ugh! And we usually love Subway.

Bonham, Tx subway has been going downhill for years. I decided to try it tonight as I was craving it. I should have stuck with my gut. The guy working tonight 10/7/2022 was not only rude but after paying for my food online kept telling me to leave the store and that is corporates policy. It started when I was standing in the express lane for nearly 10 minutes, noone looked at me, asked if I needed help or anything, they werent busy at all but I was kindof in a hurry and I didnt want to interupt as they were slowly making there way thru the 2 ppl in line. So i decided to go through the drive thru since now I am in a hurry. I told them I had a to go order and the guy just kept saying ” come inside, come inside”. Very rudely, he didnt even listen to me as to why I was in the drive thru lane (that was empty).I have been to restaurants where they have a “to go” rack, however, in other towns you have to go to the checkout and tell them you have an online order and they tell you its on the rack. When I finally got to speak with someone at the register inside I explained I had a to go order already paid for etc. She politely told me to basically find my (now incredibly cold sandwich) on the rack and I explained that noone told me that I could just grab it. The drive thru guy was incredibly rude and at that point he heard me and just kept telling me to leave. I love the subway franchise, but this one absolutely sucks. Yeah the food is ok, but really noone here needs to be in a customer service position as they have to intention to help a customer out.

Visited subway with three 6 in sandwhich request. We went through the drive thru. The employee, Jenna, continued to tell me to speak louder before finally asking us to pull up to the window to order. Even at the window, employee was unable to hear as I was leaning out the window speaking as loud as I could and she made no effort to rotate herself to hear better. She was very rude and had an attitude towards us the entire time even though we were saying please and thank you. We then realized she added bacon on two of the sandwiches which was not requested for any of the sandwiches. We were charged although no bacon was actually placed on the sandwhich.
