I would give no stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. I Ordered from the app, said it would be ready at 12:35. I arrived a little early told the girl at the register I was there for a pick up, they were busy and I get that but she tells me they are working on it and clearly they weren’t. They didn’t even start making them until the girl at the register asked what my name was on the ORDER. I have worked fast food and I get it but you should incorporate the online orders into the orders for in the store. I order online because I am on my lunch break and its supposed to be faster… To order online and then have to wait an additional almost 20 min after it said my order would be ready is very frustrating. If you are unable to fill the online orders as well as the orders you have in store maybe you shouldn’t offer online ordering, in just saying.

Don’t go here even 15 minutes before closing time they won’t served cuz they are cleaning the line even with the open sign on and plenty of time to take customer. I would give it no star at all. Subway change your times!!!!

I have gone to this subway very often for the past two years. We’re talking at least once a week. When they had Josh, this locations was the best. Lately, the service has been terrible. They only have one good worker- the guy with long hair and glasses. Any time the middle aged man with short hair and glasses makes my sandwich, it’s a WRECK. Also, the older lady they have is so rude. I will be switching locations because I am done with this terrible service.

Girl was slow! She was making the sandwiches like it was a difficult puzzle. She wouldn’t stack toppings on top of each other. If the toppings didn’t fit perfect on the sandwich she would take it off. Another annoying thing was when I asked her for a topping she would only put one or two of that item on. An example: I asked her for Green peppers and she literally put one sliver of bell pepper on my sandwich. I finally got tired of asking her to put more toppings on i took my food and just left. Wow girl…. just wow.

Its 7:30 the store closes at 9. Whoever was working already had all veggies pulled and saw us walk in. They didnt come out just continued to wash dishes. We ended up going to other location in town.

I love the food. Ordered ft long Tuna sandwich & Sweet Onion Teriyaki chicken salad. Very quiet this evening. Sparse staff didn’t seem to having a great evening cause coming on shift had some cooking & cleaning to do and probably “not feeling it” this time of night.

Of the 3 Subways (that I know of) that our town has, this is my favorite. Usually very clean & quick service. This time the service was a little slower as there was only one person behind the counter. The one thing I don’t like about this location is that the only entrance and exit is onto a one-way service road. So if you need to go the opposite direction of the service road you have to go the long way around to get back to where you need to be.

Worst experience I have ever had at a food place. We walked in twenty minutes before close now granted it probably wasn’t the best time to walk in but it was the closest. At first everything was ok until the employee come put. She was talking under her breath (loud enough we could hear it) how it was so close to closing time. She rinsed her hands off, the proceeds to hit the Paper towel handle rips it off then start yanking gloves out of the box (this caused her to start dropping glove) and that point my fiance just looked at me and asked if I wanted to go somewhere else and I said yes. As we walked out there was a guy sitting there eating staring at us as we left. I felt extremely embarrassed and couldn’t believe that she did that. If I could give anything less then 1 star I would.
