No wonder this place has terrible reviews. It comes down to incompetence and just the lack of caring. No one at subway should ever be paid more than 7.25 per hour. My sandwich barely had anything on it and on top of that had me repeat myself several times and still put the wrong ingredients on. Please people stay away or just go to target around the corner and get stuff from them. I had also got chips a drink and cookies and didn’t offer me a bag but asked the guy behind me for one. Who mind you only got a sandwich. And he didn’t even cut mine in half. Seriously should have just gone to taco bell next door.

In March, I tried to order from here using door dash. I was delivered someone else’s order. I decided to go straight to the store to order my food. When I got there, despite the hours saying they shouldn’t be closed yet, a young man told me they were closed. I was confused because if you go on door dash you could still order. I went and sat in my car in front of the store while I figured out where to get food. Another man walks up to the door and is also told that they’re closed. But the man tells them he’s there to pick up a door dash order. The young man kind of seemed flustered and let him in. Then he waved me back in. When I got in, there was another young man who didn’t seem like he worked there, but I guess he did. I tell him what sandwiches we want and he asks me what’s supposed to go on them. Confused, I tell him what’s needed. Another family walks in and the first guy looks really annoyed. While I’m waiting, the phone rings and it must be someone asking about their door dash order. But they say “oh is it -name I first ordered under- order? Yeah it’s on the way”. So that’s explains where the first sandwiches I ordered went. I finished getting my sandwiches and the guys were honestly nice, but it was strange. The time before this, a girl told me they don’t sell regular chicken anymore (which is a lie). So this place is weird.

Terrible wrapping, bread got stuck to the paper. The bread broke trying to get it off the paper. Lost two meatballs in the unwrapping process. They also didn’t give me napkins.

Really very disappointing. Part of my complaint has to do with the app where I was unable to order Salt & Vinegar chips yet when I arrived in the store to pick up my order, there were tons of Salt & Vinegar chips. Also, in the app, I ordered one each of the chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and macadamia nut cookies. When I picked up my order, they were out of chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin, and had replaced those in my back with a raspberry cheesecake and a double chocolate. Also, the macadamia nut cookie they had included had very few chips in it and looked basically like a normal sugar cookie. Additionally, the app does not allow you to upsize the drink when your “Make it a Meal.” For $3.49, you get chips ($1.49) and a small drink ($2.49). I wanted to upsize to a large drink ($2.99) for an additional $.50 but the app doesn’t allow that. Here’s where it got super annoying. I was trying to explain this to the young man working there, who was sitting at a table up front by the door when I walked in. He was a young Latino man, and while he could speak some English, he was not sufficiently fluent to be helping customers that did not speak Spanish. It was nearly impossible to share my experience with him. At one point, he opened the Translate app on his phone and held his phone up to me. His friend, still at the table up front, looked at me and said “No Englais.” I have not been to a Subway in probably at year or two. I only went this time because I learned about the new slicers, to take advantage of the buy one get one footlong deal, and to try the new “Beast” sandwich. Do I think I’ll be back anytime soon….perhaps, but definitely not to this location.

I wish 0 stars was available. The absolute worse Subway I’ve ever been to. The two guys working were completely clueless on customer relations, and the sandwich was mediocre at best. Not only that, I ordered the pro and had to make them put the appropriate portions in. Since it’s subway, I figured the ingredients would be “standard”, but I ended up sick all night after eating here.

I ordered on the app for pick up and was parking in front of the door when the app said that my order was ready only to find the lights off and the door locked. Tried calling many times and no one ever answers. I also complained to corporate and haven’t heard anything from anyone. Celebrity endorsements do not make up for horrible customer service!! Deleted the app and done with Subway!! Looks like Danny Devito wins over the athletes!!

The young lady who took my order was very nice and provided good service, but they are always out of things, like guacamole. And their tables are filthy. I’m an uber driver and needed a place to eat before I hit the road, but I was very hesitant because none of their tables were clean. Food crumbs and liquid marks on almost every table, even on the high tables. See the picture and you’ll see what I mean.

Show up at 915am for the guy to tell me even though it looks ready for you to order I am not ready I have to reboot the computer/cash register and still have to count the money. Like dude really you should of done that way before 9am. And still tell me it’s going to take like I dont know 10-15min to start up.. Never going back to that store again.
