Whatever they pay here, it’s too much. We have ordered online via the app multiple times and without fail – even when politely reminding them to get it right – the order is ALWAYS wrong. We’re not even ordering custom sandwiches here. We try to keep it completely and 100% simple, ordering sandwiches exactly as they are on the menu with zero customizations. They don’t get the sandwiches right that come with double cheese or double meat. They don’t get the toppings right. I can’t recommend this place at all. Fire the entire crew. Hire a crew who can read and follow basic instructions. I’m not talking about one or two times here. This is every single time over the past year. More than 10 times. You guys should just lower your prices because when you order here you “get what you get,” not what you actually ordered. I’m not exaggerating. The whole crew is more concerned with leaving than doing their jobs. By the way, they close at 8 PM. NOT 9:30.

Ordered A pizza sub for the second time at this same subway and every time they do not put marinara sauce on the sandwich I even put in the notes please add marinara well they didn’t and I received a very dry sandwich.. my two year old can make a better sandwich than the workers that work at this subway.

I digitally (SW-APP) ordered a customized Outlaw sandwich, with the customization of baking the onions, peppers, and steak together. Well they did not do that or add onions and then proceeded to add a cup full of shredded Parmesan for no reason. Finally topping it off with some type dressing, which did not go with the sandwich. One figures that when it is spelled out for someone on a paper receipt, that they’ll do what the paper instructs. Alas, people’s apathy wins out everytime.

Just ordered 2 blt with bouble bacon asked twice for super Crunchy bacon get home and there is literally 2 pieces of bacon on both sandwiches and I can’t even call bc the number is out of order! My son was just released from the hospital from a snake bite and this is the first thing we deal with! HIRE BETTER PEOPLE THAT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB!

I’ve scooped stuff outta the cat litter box with a higher IQ than the peoe who work here. Last 3 times at the drive through my order has been wrong, not a little wrong, like “is this someone else’s sandwich” wrong. This last time it took 20 minutes from the order to the time I left the drive through. Empty restaurant too. Then I get asked for my order 3 times AFTER getting to the window, AND ITS STILL WRONG BRO! I’m pretty sure the three guys there today were high, it’s the only explanation that makes sense, no one can be this incompetent or dumb.

Besides that the Walmart Subway is hardly open now, I’m surprised that this store is even still open. For the past 5 years whenever I’ve tried to call and place an order, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Then I drive over there and everyone sitting on their butts or on smoke break. You can guarantee that if I didn’t answer the phone at my business, people would not come back. If Subway is forcing us to use the ordering app, then they need to give Pay In Store as an option. This is why we only eat here about 4 times a year now. It’s gonna take a whole new group of people to get the Subways in Purcell up to par w the rest of the surrounding cities.

Sad thing is, the two only employees who were there were slow and slightly uncoordinated with what they were doing. One was behind the counter, the other had to work the drive-thru but still had to make the orders from the drive-thru at the counter. However, the good things were that it was a Sunday and it wasn’t overly busy for them. Also they were both very polite and attentive to the orders. So I guessed they were new at being on their own without someone hovering over them and were both still somewhat inexperienced and nervous. I think everyone can relate. I simply remained patient for them.

Waited in drive through at the menu for 10 minutes, no one answered the speaker, then I drove around to the window and 3 different workers passed by the window, none of them stopping. Finally a girl stopped with blond/blue hair and as I was trying to tell her I was worried the drive through bell or speaker doesn’t work she started talking over me and not even allowing me to speak. Horrible service. Will not come back.
