Worst Subway anywhere. Drive-thru down ice machine down fountain drink down. Bought a 6 inch meatball sub meal. Cost me $12.48. I asked for unsweet tea. They said you can have some but no ice. I could buy a bottle drink. They’re cold I said. Give me a bottle Coke do I have to pay full price? Yes it’s not our fault. It’s down. I said it’s not my fault either. They said you can go somewhere else. All three employees were very rude. Never will go back again. Worst customer service ever.

I placed an online order. The first problem I ran into was the drive thru being closed. That was fine, but we tried to call multiple times and no one ever picked up. Fine, whatever, I’ve worked in the fast food industry, probably busy, it’s fine. BUT, it didn’t get any better. We ordered two subs, and somehow both of them were wrong. The bread was switched for our sandwiches, we were missing sauce on one, and we customized the one missing the sauce and none of the extra stuff we ordered was on there. Am I being a Karen? Probably. It’s just unfortunate that the entire experience we had was not good. I’ve gone to most of the subways in Norman and it’s never been this bad. I will not be returning to this specific one.

This was our first time visiting this Subway. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us. We waited by the register for well over 5 minutes before someone eventually came out. No apology for the wait, nothing. When I finally ordered my sandwich and scanned my coupon, the cashier snorted and then said my coupon was expired. I work in the food industry and know coupons expire all the time, so even though I recently got this coupon I trusted them. When I got back home, I looked at the coupon and it actually expires at the end of August. I had to spend $7 extra dollars even though I had an applicable coupon. I am beyond disappointed by this experience.

I am very disappointed with service at this location. Order number spm20230719123427 I spent 30.00 dollars. My veggie sandwich was a mess they did not have green peppers. He put the lettuce just in the middle part. I had to ask for more lettuce. Only 3 tomatoes on a foot long had to ask for more. He gave me a look . I have been a subway franchisee of 3 stores I know what the formula is to make a subway sandwich I can’t believe subway has lost its appeal and its standard so much. This store staff need major training. Starting from bread baking. I will never visit this store again. Or any other subway place.

Oh my goodness — the woman working at 12:15PM on 3/23/23 was so rude. Her name tag was on the back of her hat so I don’t know her name. The man in front of me asked three times whether they were serving breakfast and she ignored the question (this IS a location that serves breakfast). Then he ordered a wrap and she barked “I can’t toast that” when he hadn’t asked for anything to be toasted. I took a second to think of what kind of bread my husband wanted, which visibly irritated her (there was nobody behind me). She seemed very interested in making sure everyone got charged for ALL the extras, to the point she was yelling extra charges to the cashier instead of listening to me. The man who was working with her was very nice.

I went in to this subway location at 8:40 pm. Not sure if they really close at 8 or 10, but I was disappointed. I walk in and the lady in the front did this big sigh. A lady before me had just walked out. Mind you I’m African American, do I hope she kept that same energy towards the white woman that walked out before me. Anyway, I was going to order, and she sighed heavily. I asked her what was wrong? And she had an attitude. I’m not sure if she was by herself or not so I understand customer service because I work in customer service. Whether or not she was closing by herself or not, you never know what you’re walking into. I usually order subway almost everyday and leave a big tip. I tried this location because it’s new. She said that they were getting ready to close, but they close at 10. I understand you’re early closing, but I just decided to take my money elsewhere. I kindly said I’ll go somewhere else. This location will never know me, because I go to a lot of subways and leave big tips. I have money to spare, but I’m not going to spare it at this location with that kind of attitude! I’m sorry that you had to possibly close by yourself, but you never know who is walking through those doors! God bless her. Horrible.
