Most of the time the employees are nice. There have been a few times I’ve run into someone who is grumpy or just doesn’t have any pleasantness in their demeanor. Always busy during lunch on drill weekends, so beware. The only other problem I’ve had was when I preorder, I’ve always had an ingredient I’ve asked for missing or replaced with something else. Every. Single. Time. Only once have I had an explanation as to why and it was out of their control. It’s not a bad subway. Their are always improvements to be made.

After reading past reviews, I am surprised that we had such an unpleasant experience. It was 8pm when we got there. The dining room was empty so we asked if we could bring our dog in. 1 staff said yes, the other said no. No problem, we simply tied him up outside. Then when we went back in to order I felt like we were not wanted. We ordered salads which seemed to be a problem. I had to ask for cheese. The meat was barely chopped up. When we asked for fresh mozzarella the guy kind of snapped at us telling us there was an extra charge for it. Then to top things off, when two more customers walked in, one employee said to another why are these people coming in here now! Close to closing time so, I’m hoping this was just the end to a long day and tomorrow will go better!

Was not happy with this location. Ordered online. All my lettuce was brown, the veggies were old and soft. They did not read instructions and make the sandwiches right. And apparently they don’t participate in the buy 2 footlong get one free, so I ended up paying for 3 nasty footlong. I’ll drive further next time.

I had horrible customer service from the first person I had contact with. Demanded I had my mask up all the way (fine). Was extremely rude , couldn’t hear her and she couldn’t hear me ( thank you mask). Even though it is close to work, I will not be returning .

No managers to be found with 10+ in line, only 2 working. Drive thru closed, employees under too much pressure. Despite the conditions both employees kept their cool and kept the line moving. 2 stars for lack of management. Jasmine seems like a good candidate.

The 2 guys working seemed to act more like they were inconvenienced than ready to help customers. Would not answer questions and was out of select toppings that I wanted on my sandwich. How do you run out of onions? Seems that the guys just didn’t want to prep any more. I’ve had better customer service at a cemetery with no one else around. If I could give 0 start stars I would. These two guys couldn’t be any worse at their jobs than they are.

Preferred online which was very convenient. Then upon arrival. We were told to wait a minute at the order speaker. And we were ignored for ten minutes untill we drove up to the window . The sign said hiring managers as we drove off and it all kinda started to make sense
