Two employees were in the back smoking when we walked in. And one of them came in and never washed her hands but put on gloves. Sandwich was made very sloppy and they never wiped off the counter when preparing food. This Subway is horrible and I recommend NO ONE EATS AT OR ORDER FROM THEM! But the two young men were very friendly but the female with the nose ring was very rude an I didn’t like the way she handle the food. Management needs to come in and clean house and start fresh because their motto is eat fresh.

Went on 5/2/23 and employees were very nice and helpful under the circumstances. Not their fault at all. Owner apparently hired a secret shopper who was a car ahead of me she got her food and was gone for 20 minutes before returning, ripping the drive thru window open and hitting my car as I was at the drive thru window claiming that the employees had pranked her and accusing me of being in on it with them. Truly feel bad for these employees as they couldn’t have been more than 17 and did not deserve to be screamed at like that.

First visit here. I went through the drive-thru to order two foot-longs with a coupon I got in the mail. There is nothing but a touch screen to make an order. I completed it and proceeded to the window and a woman greeted me by yelling “we don’t take those!” I was confused why since they are Subway. The sandwiches were already being made but they refused the coupon. She yelled to the back to toss the food. They would rather waste food than give a discount that their own company uses. I’ll never go back.

The food was ok, the service was very friendly , but what surprised me about this place you get coupons in the mail which is great but 1151 Sw Gage Blvd and 5421 Sw 21st in Topeka do not accept the coupons I asked why when I visited the one on Gage Blvd I was told the coupons are a corporate thing whatever that means and they do not have it posted the young lady said management do not want it posted I will not be going back

I like Subway, I like the raspberry cookies but I also like the oatmeal cookies sometimes. My Grandmother brought me to subway so I was getting cookies to share with her and my sister. Therefore that’s 2 cookies each for each of us so I bought a total of 6 cookies. I grab my oatmeal cookie, I let my grandmother grab a cookie and I look and there is only 3 cookies left in the box before I even let my sister grab one, I go back inside and ask to get the other cookie I bought. The person that rang me up had pink hair half shaved head and piercing on her lip messed up teeth said “No I gave you 5 raspberry and 1 oatmeal” I said “No you inly gave me 4 raspberry and one oatmeal I have the oatmeal (I pointed at my cookie in my hand) and my grand mother grabbed one out of the box, I looked and theres only 3 left in the box” she said I was lying and that she knew what she put in the box. I asked her if she knew how to count because obviously she didn’t count out my cookies correctly because I only had 5 cookies. With her raising her voice at me and calling me a liar I asked her what her name was. She said “My name is stevie and you can tell whoever you want.” I’m pretty sure that’s what she said her name was I was upset so I left and I don’t know if I want to come back the name says served by: 5648 5/30/2023 1:47:29pm. All over a dang cookie that I didn’t receive.

I rarely write reviews, but both times I have come in here the lady with the red-hair (Stevie) has had an attitude. The customer service is next to none, and it made me uncomfortable with the whole experience. She kept giving glares and would constantly forget what I had ask. I had to repeat myself several times. On top of that, she had also either sneezed/coughed into her elbow and did not change her gloves. I am not coming back here. How are you going to be an assistant manager acting like this.

I have never left a review before but this needed to be said. Mainly because I tipped (not a lot but still) and was very respectful the whole time. I came through the drive thru and although there was a slightly longer than normal wait (which is understandable, I also work in food service so I feel that) the blond person working window immediately apologized and was extremely helpful. I had no issue with the workers themselves or the way i was treated as a customer. HOWEVER, when I got home I found two black straight medium length hairs (one on the outside of my sandwich which I called the store about) and one on the inside under the bread after the fact. Horrifying. I was offered to come back with the receipt and get a new sandwich but … why would I want another hair infested sandwich ? Not to mention, I live 15 minutes away. I had to throw it away, you gmfu if you think I’m gonna take a bite and pull something out my mouth.

Stevie, the girl with red hair, always has an attitude problem. She also doesn’t even know the names of the sandwiches and takes it out on you. Such aggressive energy for no reason- the exact opposite of what you should be doing as an assistant manager. Glaring and rude tone of voice. Learn manners and learn the names of the sandwiches while you’re at it.
