Walked in to the store on Thursday at 1400 in my uniform to order a sandwich. Asked for a sandwich, (employee doesn’t ask what type of bread) the employee started preparing my sandwich and I was gazing at their menu I saw a sandwich that I’ve never tried. I told the employee that i would also like to order another sandwich. The employee started huffing and puffing, looked at me and said with attitude, “any more surprises, because I have better things to do!”

One trip, I was subjected to the ridiculous political views of both employees who were working, with no provocation, we had actually been discussing fishing before things took a wildly unexpected turn. Another trip, the sandwiches I ordered looked like they had been strangled before being given to me. (I have no outrageous expectations for quick service food establishments, but this seemed excessive and done with wonton disregard for any sort of pride in the work that was being done) And finally, with what will have been my last trip to this location, I placed an order online for 2 sandwiches. As I kept an eye on the progress through the app, I pulled into the drive thru to go ahead and let them know I was there. (sandwiches were most likely moments from being done) I was asked to give them a minute and I said okay. Before the employee came back on, I saw on the app that my order had been canceled and my card was voided. The employee then came on and asked what he could get for me. I said I was there for a pick up. He then replied that that someone had called in and canceled the order because they used the wrong card. I explained that my order had not been canceled because I had placed it and did not call in. He then said, “well I only have one order here and someone called and canceled it,” to which I replied, “is it possible someone called the wrong location to cancel their order?” He seemed dumbfounded by this possibility but eventually said, “yeah, I guess that could have happened,” he then said he could take my order again. I told him to forget it. He did properly refund my card, so he had that much going for him.

When I asked the guy at the drive through how he was doing today his response was “well I’ve been trying to eat for about 5 hours now but people just keep coming” it a rather annoyed voice. So I left! Hope you got to enjoy your lunch and no more pesky customers came to eat

The guy making the sandwiches shamed me for playing pokemon go and then argued with me about what I wanted on my sandwich. Made both my sandwiches wrong and refused to remake them. So rude. Will never go to this one ever again

Stopped in to grab a footlong sub, tasted pretty well and the service was fairly quick considering they had a sign on the door saying they were understaffed!

This location seems to close whenever they want in the middle of the day. I saw an older white guy close and lock the doors about an hour ago, and I haven’t seen anyone come back to open back up. So far I’ve seen 9 potential customers walk up to the door, only to turn around and walk back to their cars because the doors are locked. If you wanna be lazy and not be open to make money that’s cool, then maybe you should close up altogether and let someone else own the franchise!!

It’s always something with this location. I write this review as I sit in the drive-thru line waiting for the sandwich that I’ve already ordered and paid for online. Why don’t I go inside you ask? Because apparently their lobby is closed. Like I said, it’s always something with this location.

I just had a terrible experience at this store. I’ve been going here for over a decade with no problems, but today I left quite disappointed and I will not return for any future business. I ordered my sandwich on wheat bread, NO CHEESE (due to an allergy) and with “very very light mayo and mustard”. I got it at the drive thru because I was so pressed for time on my lunchbreak from work. When I opened the sandwich, it was actually DRIPPING in mayo and mustard, so much so that I could hardly pick up the sandwich. And It was the wrong bread and also had cheese on it. So I turned the car around and took the sandwich inside for a refund. They compared what they saw to what I ordered, sure enough it was wrong. I asked for my money back. They did, with barely more than a grunt. Not even an apology or an offer to remedy the situation. I will not be returning.

It could’ve been better. The employees were a little rushed with all of the orders coming in. My only complaint is that he didn’t wrap my sandwich tight enough. Everything what was fine.

I like subway there’s a lot of shops that sell subs I just like the way they do their subs there some of these other places I don’t know I guess it’s a taste preference but like I said I’ve been to Penn station I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s too they’re not as good man I’m not saying they’re not decent subs I just really believe that Subway is just a little bit better than them man you know maybe you get a little bit more high quality stuff when you go to like Jersey Mike’s but you’re going to pay a lot more money and they don’t have very many locations and I’m in a long ways away from the Jersey Mike’s that we have here in town so that’s their fault and Subway is very convenient and I always get what I want there
