Worker was very rude and dismissive. I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up he said he canceled my order. I asked why and he pointed to a paper stating they don’t accept online orders or coupons. Well why is there and option on the website accepting online orders if they have a policy against it? How can someone read a sign about online ordering that is inside the store? I will never return to this location. I prefer to be treated respectfully at establishments that I patronize with my hard earned money.

I ordered online with the coupon they offered me ONLINE at 11:25 they call me at 11:50 to tell me my order is cancelled because they don’t take coupons, my money isn’t in my account (so it’ll probably be 5-7 days how convenient) when I try to re-order the quickest I can pick it up is when my lunch break is almost over, thanks for screwing me out of a lunch today!

Wish I could give 0 stars!!!! Extremely extremely extremely horrible customer service!! The male that works there is extremely rude and very racist! When I got to the register he told me that they did not accept coupons, I asked why and he threw the sandwich away blurting out something in his language!! (Which I know was offensive towards people of color). He was so ignorant about it that he said to me “OK get out”! He’s even rude to the lady that works there! I had the worst experience I have ever had at any subways I’ve ever been to! I don’t think anyone should ever ever ever go to that location! I would never spend my money there! He’s very rude and ignorant should be shut down! Terrible terrible customer service!!! Please beware of this location!!!!

I enjoy the occasional Subway sandwich. Unfortunately, I have just had the worst subway sandwich I have ever begun to eat. Eat fresh? Nope. The bread was anything but. Although I work close by, I will not be visiting this Subway location again. Very disappointing

Second time the restaurant manager canceled an order for a business. Manager stated that even though the online ordering is available for the restaurant, he will only allow Door Dash orders and admitted that he will cancel any orders that are not through the Door Dash app.

This subway is trash! The customer service sucks! There’s no professionalism at all! They are slow! The workers are always complaining every time you go in about quitting their job! They never smile, say thank, or hello! They need to fire everyone and hire a whole new crew! On top of that they make up their own hours although the door say they should be open. I will never go here again and I suggest others not waste their time and go here either!
