This site is incredible! The staff at this shop always provides excellent customer service and even remembers my order when I visit (once or twice a week). The employee I enjoy the most is a young man by the name of Omar. Despite the fact that I am quite picky with my order, he is incredibly patient with it and always takes the time to create me a flawless sandwich every time. All the staff members are excellent and are very quick and precise when assisting their clients.even if there are subways closer to my home, I go here for a job well done.

I placed an order on March 10, 2023 for July 28 at 4 PM. I had come in weekly since then to enjoy subway, and remind the staff that I really needed my order to be placed and ready promptly. I came in on the 26th to eat dinner, as I didn’t want to have to cook on the day before my kids birthday. I checked in with the store manager and asked that my order was all set for pick up on 28 July. She assured me everything would be ready. On July 28 I walked in at 4:05 PM, she was in shock, she said she had forgot to make my order. I honestly thought it was a joke , she then said she would offer me 12 cookies for the inconvenience, I was livid, I was still respectful, but I just could not believe how they drop the ball on preparing my order. Especially when I had checked in on Wednesday a day prior to my event. Overall, I’m super disappointed as I am a loyal customer to this facility.

I’ve been a regular for a year now. I am Bilingual (English/Spanish) and was taken aback when I went with a family member who only speaks Spanish. I asked for a Spanish speaking staff to accommodate my relative. The manager pulled a lady to help us out from w.e she was doing in the back and she received us with a nasty attitude. She stated “Que hubieran hecho si no hubiera alguien que habla español, se tienen que acostumbrar” She asked us what we would do if there was no Spanish speaking staff and that we needed to get used to No spanish speaking accommodations. Like I stated previously, I know English. However it baffles me that your own people/community will discriminate you before any other people. The manager tried to accommodate us by bringing her out & she came out like that. Smdh. As part of the Latino/Hispanic community, I expected more than this treatment.

I’ve been here countless times as I live close by & have never had a problem until a few days ago. On Friday, I placed an online order(as I always do) from here for the Buy One Get One Free footlong deal. The app shows you participating restaurants once you click on the deal and this was one of them. After placing my order, I headed to the restaurant only to be told that my order was cancelled by the store because the manager told the employees “they were not participating in that offer”. I received an email stating that my order was immediately cancelled one minute after I placed it but didn’t notice until after I arrived at the restaurant. I asked the employee why my order was cancelled & she said the system automatically cancels that promo for this store & that an order ticket was not produced due to that fact. Terrible service, I don’t blame the employees as they’re just following direction. The owner of this store does not deserve my money, never coming to this location again! Stay away!!!

Milly the employee told me that she didnt accepted 100’s but she told me in a very bad way screaming in front of people,before this experience when i came in to the store one of the employees made fun of my kid who suffers from Autism. Ive been coming to this Subway since i was a teenagee now im on my 30’s, this employees are very disrespectful,the food is fresh but the people who works here shouldnt be there. Very disrespectful. I heard this wasnt the first time of them acting disrespectful with the clients,a friend of mine told me,then i had to experienced this.

I ordered a sub through the app, and requested extra olives on my sandwich with the “more” option under the black olives. I then wrote a comment as well to please make sure to add extra olives on the sandwich. I got home opened the sandwich and not only does it only have about 7 olives on it but there is hardly anything on the sandwich at all, they skimped on the meat, the cheese, and all the veggies. They also gave me the wrong cookies. I understand the cost of everything has gone up but I’m also now paying close to $30 for 2 sandwiches plus I included a tip. I will not be back to this subway. Im glad I paid so much for basically just bread. I have never had this problem at any other subway.

It’s been my favorite subway for years now always very clean in and out fast and delicious subs fresh ingredients you name it but above all that the service is phenomenal it was 2 gentleman who took me and my friends order extremely polite both of them very generous if I had cash I would of left Atleast a half or more in tips lol one was cleaning and stopped to help with the order both of whom where very nice and gave us exactly what we wanted and didn’t stinge us its quality of service you just don’t see much anymore they definitely need a raise not that they don’t get paid but that’s quality worth paying for if you like subway this is one if their greatest spots to go to in Berwyn and maybe surrounding areas

Never going back again, when I came in it was empty no workers the employee was in the bathroom for about 5 minutes she came out of the bathroom you can tell her hands weren’t washed I really hope that was chocolate from chocolate chip cookies on her hands it’s better just to make a sandwich at home rather than going somewhere where they don’t wash their hands and don’t have employees

I get the same sub at every location from here to my home. I ordered extra veggies & I get it and it’s the regular amount of veggies. I take my sub in to let the lady know & she says “ this is extra, look” I said no I get this sandwich all the time, this is not extra. Her reply “ I don’t know what you want. Extra” I said my thank you and left. She could’ve continued to rebuttal but she did what I asked and I appreciate that part. I’m not from around here but it seems all the subway shops have terrible reviews and it’s so sad because I enjoy their food usually.
