I have to say that this Subway had the best customer service! Not only was the food prepared and made to deliciousness but they also took the time to explain to us the changes that subway had made with some of there sandwiches. It was very clean and the customer service was impeccable I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great subway sandwich!

I tried to order a dozen cookies and the masked guy who can’t figure out how to shave, informed me it was to inconvenient for them and I should call a head. Lazy and poor hygiene

Monica (the older lady) has awful customer service. i asked for a meatball melt (which i thought the melts have specific recipes and bread to use) anyways she immediately caught an attitude and stated “thats going to be so messy” i actually order it online often and its never “messy” but okay whatever. she asks me what bread and so i said whatever the melt comes on and she snapped back quick with an attitude and said “you can get a melt on any bread” okay.. sorry im just trying to order it the way the menu is not being difficult, plus i thought her as a worker, shes supposed to know the menu and what goes on each sandwich but she acted as if i was a huge inconvenience asking for this sandwich and like it practically didn’t actually exist and i was going off script just to bother her. but throughout the entire time of her making this sandwich she keeps saying how “nasty and messy” its going to be ??? literally probably said it atleast 13 times during our entire interaction. and not to mention she burned the sandwich while continuing to go on and on about how “gross and messy” this sandwich is gonna be! and she just kept mumbling under her breath about it i thought she was done speaking to me because she wasn’t coming back to the sandwich part of the counter (even after washing her hands) so i politely said “i also have another sandwich i wanna order” and she snapped at me AGAIN and said “I KNOW IM CLEANING MY HANDS” so at this point im just over the whole interaction because if you hate your job so much why are you working there!?! this is not the first time ive come to this subway and she acts as if customers are just such a huge inconvenience to her. definitely think she needs to rethink how she speaks to people and just do the job you signed up for without complaining.

The lady who took my order was very rude, I tried asking what kind of pretzels there were cus like I’ve never ordered pretzels there, she went to someone else then proceeded to say to her coworker in a very rude tone “I don’t know what she wants. she didn’t tell me” I tried lol. And the cheese I got was old crusty cheese, it’s like they didn’t even want to refill the empty cheese.

Literally left there 15 minutes ago and the woman supposed to be taking orders was acting like a dog in heat with the dude in front of me. She had the gall to ask us to wait while (after already waiting for her to quit flirting with him for about 5 minutes) she walked away from us to go stand by the cash register to flirt more while the other worker stood there twiddling her thumbs. No such thing as courtesy or manners.

I just left here and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. The older lady who made our order acted like she was beyond busy when there was one couple behind us and sighed when I asked for a chopped salad. She heated up my chicken when I asked her not to because it wilts the lettuce. Then proceeded to put all the vegetables in WHOLE. It’s called a chopped salad for a reason! Then gave me a knife implying I can chop it myself. She just threw all the vegetables and meat on top, didn’t mix it at all either. My boyfriend asked for light mayonnaise due to the fact he’s on a diet and she said they didn’t have any when it was clearly in the bin too plain as day. He even pointed to it and she just squirted regular mayo all over his sandwich which made his sandwich extremely soggy too. I dont care if it was a bad day or overwhelmed, I would never treat my customers the way she did. And any regular person knows what a chopped salad is. Sorry but I won’t go there again, there are plenty of other subways who have kinder employees who know how to do their job right.

By far the worth customer service I’ve ever had, My oven roasted chicken was cold. And I didn’t get greeted. The guy assumed I wasn’t in line for food, I guess I just wanted to stand there. When I asked for condiments only a small amount was given. You could still see the bread through the lettuce. He decided that was enough. I don’t even want to eat my food. Very disappointed in this Subway. Will not be returning.

The place was crowded, and while the staff was quick, they were defensive and treated us as if we were already annoyed about the long line even though we were indifferent and showed no signs of impatience (we had already ordered ahead). However, the food was pretty fresh for Subway and the area was clean for being in Walmart. They were well staffed and, again, pretty quick.

I asked some friends to spicy Italian sub dice they were in Billings. The young girl gave them a meatball sandwich with tomato olives and lettuce like I asked for. Obviously she was clueless. Well after a hour getting it back to Roundup it was disgusting. I called not asking for a free sandwich, but not happy with the mistake. The guy I talked to couldn’t care less and told that if he was me he wouldn’t go back. Never heard that one before! I can do that, and suggest that anyone else going to the Heights Walmart avoid going there also.
