Paid for 3 cookies on top of my chips, didnt receive them, called store and talked to a person who said she would tell the manager, I usually stop there 1 to 2 times a week, I stopped in today for lunch and asked if I could get my cookies I paid for last week and didnt receive and he said no it’s a new week and we wont stand behind it. I am no longer supporting this location.

If they had a zero star option I would have clicked it. Not only have we gotten food poisoning from this subway before. This last experience we are absolutely done going there. We were greeted as we walked through the door, we had a party of four. One sandwich was thrown half correctly together. He got the bread, cheese, and meat, toasted. Doing great so far, then I’m asked what I would like. This is where it starts going bad. I wanted my sub exactly like the first. He asked me what kind of bread. I had to say again the exact same sub as the one before me. He did the right meat than asked me what cheese. Again for the third time I said exactly like the first sub. He threw it off to the side before I could mutter a syllable out of my mouth to mention I’d like mine toasted just like the first sub, he throws it off to the side to help the other two in the party. So now we have one sub fresh out of the toaster and waiting for it to be made. We were asked what we would like to put on it. We wanted everything NO olives. He’s THROWING all the ingredients on the sandwich, not spread evenly on the sandwich, not spaced out. This dude literally takes one handful of everything and throws it on the sandwich. He’s two ingredients in and puts the one thing we didn’t want on the sub, which was no olives. and then asks what sauces. Then we informed him that we didn’t want olives on it. He takes maybe 4-6 off when he just threw a handful on there. Continues layering ingredients on top of the one thing we didn’t want on the sub. Then ask what sauces we want. Our party was respectfully, trying to get them to slow down because obviously they weren’t listening and high on something. Hey can you maybe not just throw it together and take your time and take the olives off and than maybe ask what sauces when you are done with toppings. Nope I’ve had enough, never had a worst subway experience than this. Said very politely, sorry we can’t do this. We are just going to leave.

I didn’t ask for this. I didn’t ask to give Ed a bad review, but ED brought it on ED’S self.

I have gone to this restaurant many times in the past, never had an issue. I walked in there tonight at 8:59 p.m. I now understand they close at 9:00, however, the door still unlocked, employees still behind the counter AND their open sign still on. They could have made two simple sandwiches and kept my business. The short old guy with the beard behind the counter needs to really work on his customer service skills. This location has lost me as a customer as long as I live in Sioux Falls

I stood in line for 25 min before I got to order and there were only 4 people ahead of me. Three people working and there was 1 person making the sandwiches and the other simply prepping them, which yes that’s their job but it shouldn’t take them 10 min to cut the sandwich and put meat on it. The cashier literally stood there and watched them both struggle and still couldn’t even do the cashier job correctly. They forgot to give me my cups. My sandwich wasn’t fully toasted the meat was still cold, and the staff were not friendly.

This subway is awful. They’re never open the hours listed. Online it says it is open until 9 PM. Tonight I stopped by at 8:40 and it was completely dark. Not even people inside cleaning up. Posted closing time is 9 PM. A couple months ago I stopped there at 8:30 and some employee was standing outside smoking yelling at people driving that they were closed. Horrible customer service. Post on your door that you’re gonna close whenever you feel like it. Won’t be back.

I stopped in at about 3:40pm today. I asked for a 12″ steak, egg, and cheese; and a 6″ bacon, egg, and cheese. The employee, Eddie, told me he thought they were out of eggs, but he would check. He came back and said he’d found 3. I thought there were 2 on a 12″ and 1 on a 6″. He let me know that it’s supposed to be twice that. I asked if he could just use a little more bacon and steak to make up for it. He very rudely informed me substitutions aren’t allowed. I said that shorting my sandwiches and having me pay full price wouldn’t work either, so he’d need to do something. He was snotty again, taking a tone when he said “no, I don’t”. I just shook my head and said “that makes sense…” I ended up buying just the 6″, and the other employee took over making the sandwich. When I went to pay, I tried to run my rewards card, and he said it didn’t work. He asked if I had activated it. I said yes. He asked when I had used it last. I said I didn’t know. He just shrugged and said “it’s $4.93.” And of course, the card machine automatically asks for a tip.. What a joke. The last time I was at a Subway before this (in Walmart on E. 60th St. N. Sioux Falls, SD) it was just as bad. Out of marinara sauce mid day, and the employee stopping repeatedly to scratch about in her dreadlocks while making sandwiches. Gross. This does it. We deserve basic common courtesy when we’re giving you our money. We won’t only be quitting eating at these locations, but we’re not eating at Subway any more at all, and will be sharing our experiences on social media/ friends/family. Subway, it turns out you still have to earn business. If you have supply chain issues, figure it out, and for Pete’s sake, pay your employees a living wage! You shouldn’t be prompting customers for tips at your sub-par fast-food restaurants.
