I really wish management (which I never see there) could figure out the constant staffing issues this location faces. I ordered a sandwich thru the app today, said it was ready at 12:15 and even at 1:00 it was still not ready. This location constantly has staffing issues, there was only one poor young man facing a huge line with absolutely no help. This should trigger a response from the manager, get out there and help the poor kid. When I hear restaurants complain they can’t find good help, I say, go over to Chick Fil A, and you will see a place that has figured it out. Honestly it feels like Subway Corporate is on a permanent retreat to Aruba.

I have been to this location many times over the years, but today I was disappointed. First I order and as we get to the vegetables, I see there is frost on the side of all the containers and some of the veggies are frozen hard, even brittle. The temp was we too low! Then I get my food and can only eat 3/4 of it do to the bread being rock hard on the ends and even burnt with paper stuck to it on one side. Today was not a good experience.

We as a family frequently go to this location and they have always been good BUT today it was AMAZING! I ordered 3 footlongs and the sandwich artist was AMAZING she was friendly and nailed the sandwiches perfectly. Her name was Syndney and she was the BEST. Highly impressed

When I arrived, there was only one person there but no customers. I’ll tell you why. Upon beginning my order, she was told what bread to use and she grabbed the wrong one. Twice. When I told her which sub I wanted, she got that wrong more than twice. How do you mistake chicken for ham or beef or tuna? She managed to do just that. Then I told her 4 times what veggies, seasoning and sauce I wanted and she put the wrong items on. I was fed up. I paid for it and left. I gave it to someone else and went about my day. Ruined as it was. Don’t let the little blonde girl make your sandwich.

I get the same thing every time I go to a Subway, the Italian BMT. I was very disappointed in the sandwich I got. The amount of meat seems to have shrunk. Yet the price for a foot long in now almost $11. This is inflation with downsizing. They have lost the company a customer.

Placed an online order and showed up to the store order wasnt ready. I understand it gets busy. Find out this poor girl has been working by herself and the store is swamped! Shes trying so hard to make everyone happy and apologized numerous times. Felt so bad for her!!!!! Even though it tool an additional 20 minutes to get my order i could not even attempt to be upset with her. Management needs to plan a little better!!!

Went there and ordered a steak and cheese melt on Italian herbs and cheese. My bread was burnt, the girl who was making it slightly cut it then ripped the rest not even cutting it in half. Then put it in a paper bag and put it in the toaster oven. She then took it out and stood the bag up making the whole sandwich fall apart. I ended up returning it and getting a refund. I have lived over here for 20 years and never have had a problem with this subway. I was very disappointed.

Got a Club from there today and was happy with the results. Employees were friendly. Condiments were a little sparse, but that’s a universal Subway issue. I know I can ask for more, I just wish the default amount was a bit more generous. Will continue to eat here.

I will start by saying, there was a gentleman, Alex, that was genuinely trying to help and he should be commended for the work he does. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Subway and my review can not fully demonstrate how horrible it was trying to communicate with the staff over the phone. HOWEVER, my girlfriend stopped by to pick up two sandwiches, she was in a massive hurry because she was way behind schedule as it was. We live about an hour away. While she was ordering, only Alex was smiling, Maddie and the register girl (no one caught her name) appeared only concerned with getting the sandwiches out, not the customers. The register girl seemed like she was on something. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing, spaced out and said “have a good day” then stood there, while my GF waited for her to hand her the food, my GF ended up having to reach behind the register to grab her own food. When she got home, she realized a sandwich was missing. This was possible since they threw the other sandwich in there in such a way that it was folded over, making it feel there were two in the bag. The register girl never gave her a receipt or even offered one. When I called to get this addressed, Maddie did not seem to know how to use a register, I had to walk her threw her job over the phone, I have never worked at Subway, but it was basic procedures. At one point I was told she would call me back after she called her boss, I then waited 30 minutes and called back, 20 minutes before they closed for the night, where I found out she was on a break, and not trying to figure the issues out. She was finally able to issue a refund, after about 45 minutes of that, and said she was mailing it, since we lived so far away. That was over a week ago, and we still have not received ANYTHING, not a thing. No refund. No coupons. No nothing. She has my phone number and my address, I gave both to her twice. The only reason I will ever go back to this location is to get our money back or if there is new management. Avoid this location at all costs. There are other locations near by, use those.
