I walked in, and noticed that the place was very clean. Tables were cleared, and food and register areas, were all clean. The woman that waited on me, was very polite. We had a short conversation, while she was making my sandwich, that was very nice. She had a great attitude, too!

The woman making our food was kind. The bread tastes old (we ate before 11am so I would think it would have been fresh). The woman over charged me for a child’s meal, almost didn’t give me mg receipt until I asked her for it, argued that it is correct, then giggled when i showed her the mistake and just offered me a free drink and chips.

Absolutely horrible service I waited for the employee to put on his gloves which seemed like the biggest task to him hes ever done. Didnt even look me in the eye until I said something. Did not even ask what I wanted mumbled like a 2 year old. MAKING A SUB SANDWICH IS NOT HARD do your job or find a new one. I walked out before he could even start the sub. I would recommend terminated this employee immediately. Monday December 17th 10:00am.

When i used to eat carbs I would eat here a couple times a week just because it was close to my house and quick to pick up dinner on way home and healthier than other options. the service is efficient but nothing overly notable about it, sandwich makers don’t really engage with the customer. they can be very stingy with the toppings, more so than most subways

We stood 2nd in line for 40 minutes (yes the people infront of us had a big order) but management of this store should be ashamed of themselves. Who only schedules one person on a Sunday when people are coming in for parties and game food. Kudos to the girl that kept her head up during the people in front of us that kept saying she would never come back and making complaints and then had to work with a line of people. Shame on the management you are absolutely terrible.

The foreign lady making my sandwich was very slow not friendly and put as little meat n vegetables as she could. I expect my sandwich to be covered from one end of the bun to the other, not 1 1/2” void on both sides. The sandwich was barely toasted also….I’ll drive farther to a different location next time or eat elsewhere.

i was reading the negative feedback and find out many of these feedback’s absolutely right, first of all it does not matter you order online or walk-in are the same, service just terrible , employee did not even give me my change back correctly and i thought that would be the last time i will come to this place, its not about the change that she did not give me back , just the service not good, the employee think the gloves not really need it, well this is what you should owner!, employee has to be trained to replace these gloves with every customer because some customer allergic to certain food, employee need to change her/his gloves every time serve a customer, terrible terrible terrible
