A hair in my Sandwhich. Came in on my 30 minute lunch break with a lady in front of me waiting. Rang the door bell thing cause no one was coming. Sandwhich was bland somehow and had a piece of hair in it whether it facial or arm I can’t tell. Was $17 something gave him $18 got no change back. Already wasted 15 minutes and I work nearby so had to leave. Won’t be coming back. Specially how dirty everything was.

Subway should be disappointed with this particular establishment. I’ve been going here for several years and it has quickly been driven into the ground. This location features rude employees along with the rare use of mask/gloves while making your food. They are consistently out of several ingredients and will even refuse to make anything in the middle of the day. They will either stay in the back while you wait or say “We aren’t making sandwiches right now”.

I walk in and I could see the guy in the back leaning on his elbows playing on his phone! After a minute I noticed the button to push for service so I pushed it! He comes out and says that they are out of bread! Were they out or was it because it was a couple of hours before closing time and he was just to lazy to put more out? I don’t know but that’s ok because there’s an Arby’s right across the road so I will just go there for the rest of my stay here!

I went there for lunch today 11:15 am 12/27/19. I understand they had a rush but they lady they had working today was not with the system she took so long doing everything. And then insisted on not helping the guy make sandwiches or do toppings, just cashing people out so when it became my turn to pay for my meal, Which was rushed! She decided to put gloves on and start helping as I stood there with my food in the bag standing there just waiting to pay! She literally finished making two other guys sandwiches before thinking she should cash me out so I could leave.. Just didn’t get it… I’m avoiding this subway from now on.

I came in to get a sandwich waited in line then about 5 more people got in line which made the lady making the sandwiches mad so she said I’m done looked at all of us and said we’re closed. This was 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon

Waste experience ever at a subway .I was passing by and there was Noone at the counter. I rang the bell but no one came out me and my family stood there for a good 10min and we left without being served.

Hi. Alex again was great! She helped me a couple weeks ago, with an on line order. Very professional, and nice to talk with! I did try to order on line, but the app kept crashing, which meant no BOGO , but the in restaurant experience was awesome.

Very rude staff. We have never been to this location inside Apple barrel so we decided to look around at stuff while the long line was being served. When we were done we went up to order our food. We waited a good few minutes before ringing the bell for service. As soon as we did all you heard was :COME ON SERIOUSLY!!! From some guy then he comes out and very rudely asks us what we want, rushes us. Isnt polite at all he had a tattoo on his forearm that said juggalo… thick black framed glasses and a cut finger with a blue bandaid. I spent $40 there and didnt feel comfortable at all with the service. Wont be back to this location. If this guy doesnt like customer service or the food industry he should probably find a new job ‍♀️
