Terrible experience!! I was just there today, 12/28/22 at 6:10pm on top that I had to wait 10 minutes because they were stocking chips, the girl who made my sandwich did it wrong, so I asked her to do it again, then she got upset and refused to help me, so they had me wait another 5 minutes and both attendants were being terribly rude to me. First and last time I place foot at that subway. Also, I want to add that they were not wearing hairnets and the hair of one of them was nasty. Just save yourself a terrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience went earlier this week and my sandwich was not well prepared at all I gave them the benefit of the doubt they seemed newer paid my 9 bucks and left. I went back today no one was in the place but 2 workers who came out of the back separately but I had to wait a few mins then the sales rep came over got my sandwich started and starts talking to the Walmart employee who came over and then comes back and starts again on sandwich looked horrible so I told him I’m not paying for this and will go else where he then told me how good subway was and the natural ingredients not true, but after he proceed to tell me his wife runs the place and she does a great job and it he was running the place he would fire half the staff, it was a horrible experience won’t go back

Went in around 7:30pm on August 10 (yesterday) and had such a bad experience here that I’m still upset about it. I went in and was greeted by a lady with a really thick accent and I asked for a 12 inch Italian BMT on white Italian bread. She asked me to repeat it so I said the exact same thing again. Then she said she didn’t understand, so I said it a third time. So she finally pulls out the bread and very slowly cuts it and looks at me dead in the eyes and asks what kind of meat? Now I’m very agitated and raised my voice a little louder so she can hear me a fourth time and said she didn’t understand. There was a kid there as well and him and the lady I said my order to four times started to laugh after she asked me to repeat my order a fifth time. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me no. Really?

Put my online order in Friday 4:30 to be ready at 5:00. I do my shopping and get there at 5:10 and it hasn’t been started so I wait. Then the person get the toppings wrong. AVOID

My wife ordered sandwiches and after she placed the order they said the toaster was shut off. The guy said they shut off 20 min prior to close. Then why don’t they just close at 8:40 pm? Why would the guy let us order then tell us after the fact? This is horrible. I feel scammed and never had an experience like this at a subway. Don’t go here.

While waiting in line, the customer ahead of me asked if I was getting a foot-long. which I was. She gave me a coupon for the 5.99 ANY foot-long sub. It specified at the bottom of the coupon that “ultimate cheesy bread” was INCLUDED, but to be charged as an “extra”. Which was fine. I had enough money for the sandwich without the coupon, but it was a nice idea to have a couple extra dollars. The employee doing my transaction was extremely rude about it, saying she couldn’t take the coupon because she knew the ultimate cheesy bread was not included, even though it specifically said on the coupon that it WAS included, at an extra cost. Essentially like if you were to get stuffed crust at pizza hut. They honor the coupon but charge you an extra dollar for the “extra”. She called someone (who didn’t answer), threw her phone down on the register, and proceeded to accept my coupon anyway stating “Whatever, I’ll take your coupon, but I KNOW this isn’t included”. She finished the transaction, and thanked me, told me to have a good day, though not in a positive way. After attempting to explain to her that the coupon SPECIFICALLY mentioned that type of bread as being valid on the coupon, and trying to be friendly with her for the couple minutes I had interacted with her at that point, while she was rude and rather aggressive (throwing her cell phone on the register), I had enough of her attitude, and simply replied “Yup, thanks.” As I walked away, I heard her say to another employee “I guess I wasn’t nice to her”, as if me replying back, in a short but still polite manner, offended her. So I was in her today, and during a pandemic, the workers had no mask on. One of them had a mask on her neck and said it’s ok, she has mask and it’s fine. And it falls off her face because it is too big. This person was making my sandwich. The other one had no mask in sight, and told me she dies not know why she is not wearing a mask! And it doesn’t matter because she is not making me the sandwitch while she was literally less than 6ft away from me. I was so mad and left. I emailed the manager and they sent me an automated message that they are sorry about my experience and will take that feedback into account. I will not be supporting Subway anymore. Will rather not eat than give my money to these people.
