First guy with the gauges was very polite. Second guy who worked there kept looking at my chest. Poor service. Spread the avocado all wrong, he spread it all on the Spanich leaves instead of the bread, he didn’t try to spread it, he left it as a dollop. Not to mention he kept staring at my body and wouldn’t look at my eyes. Somebody fire that guy, please.

Stopped in here on 2/20 & they were out of so many things, so I really only got half of what I even wanted. Not a big deal, get over to the drink machine & the ice maker is out… For real? So I go sit, and eat my food. Get half way though my meal & I need to go to the bathroom. I head to the men’s room & there’s a big sign on wall, “sorry light is out” Jesus… Is EVERYTHING out in this store?

We just ordered a chicken teriyaki sub. We asked for it to be lightly toasted. Well it was hard as a rock and the chicken was cold. And half of the ingredients was in the wrapper. We tossed it in the garbage. We also got some cookies and they were also very hard. Service was 50/50. The female was nice and the guy was flighty and messing around and not paying attention to customers. He finally rang up our order. The store itself was dirty and disgusting. Maybe it was a good thing you made the sub wrong…. Last time I came here about a year ago service was horrible and they got my sub wrong. Gave it another chance and it was a big mistake. Never again. They need to get better management and employees who have better attitudes and make subs the correct way and most importantly, clean that place!

Placed an online order at 5:15 pm, when I arrived at 5:25 pm they didn’t even start working on it. Then they “got busy” so I sat down with my daughter and waited. We watched at least 10 people come in and get their orders in line before the kid making the food told me that they didn’t have anymore of the bread that I ordered online. At which point it was 6:10 pm……so they sat there and helped all these other people while I was waiting on my online order and they never even started it. Almost a whole damn hour, then they tell me they don’t know how to refund the order or cancel it……Worst experience ever, I will never go back to that location and I don’t know if I’ll ever use the online / app again.

We went to this Subway 3/11/18 around 2 pm. We went as a family to eat. We ordered 2 footlongs. When we were ordering them, they didn’t ask us if we wanted to put anything else besides turkey and cheese. It was a very simple sub which we didn’t like. They were also very rude when they were talking to us about what we wanted to order. They also had mean looks on their faces and were not kind or happy. It was a horrible experience there was only 1 person who was nice. We think African American or Hispanic. Besides him, it was a really bad experience. We’ll only go there again, if we are starving to death and every other food place is closed. We suggest you never go there.

Dude came out from the back: didn’t wash his hands, didn’t say hey or hello or welcome to subway or how can I help you…Literally nothing! It was awkward. The place did not look clean, specially the counter where they prepare the food. Definitely not a repeat for me.
