Walked in and whoever was working just gave me a evil eye and went into the back wearing NO MASK OVER OPEN FOOD!! I love the food here but I am highly disappointed that she was standing under a sign that says wear your mask and she was not wearing hers standing over open food. I was frustrated and left and will not be returning

I had a bad experience a month or two ago. Not because of bad food or customer service, but there was only 1 person working. He was rather new so he was a bit slow. We had 3 subs that should of taken maybe 5 minutes that turned into 20. Again, not the fault of the nice young man, but staffing……fast forward a bit….I went in yesterday and had the best experience with Subway that I ever had…..2 workers ….friendly and had my sub within minutes …..keep up the improvement!

Friendly service, bad product. The wheat bread had to be three days old. Got subs for our family, everybody complained about the bread. The sub is 2/3 bread, so the bread better be good. When it’s not, you remember. Won’t come to this Subway again.

Understaffed subway. I had to wait 25 minutes to get a sub and 2 cookies. Only had 2 people ahead of me. The guy working was very nice to talk to and professional. He said he works there 7 days/week 12 hours a day and he’s the only one there. I understand companies are trying to save $ all the time, but this is unacceptable.

There should not be only one person working the line. Nothing was stocked, there wasn’t even any tea brewed,the table area was so messy. When we asked about the tea, the girl working was very rude and just didn’t care. Getting a sandwich should not take 15 in line with only one person ahead of you.

Sadly, this location(9th st.) has gone downhill in the last couple of years. New workers all the time, they look bored or pissed off. Never see more than one employee or they are hiding. Ordered a footlong sub and received EXACTLY 6 pickles( yes, that may be a “policy” ) but seriously?!? I remember they used to have some amazing workers who greeted you and were friendly and made a dang good sandwich. Too bad they left.

Honestly not the best experience I’ve had. I got a tuna sub and the lady ran out of tuna so she didn’t put the full amount on my sub that I was suppose to get instead of grabbing a new thing. I accidentally asked for the wrong cheese so I stopped her before she put it on my sub and she said, “well, this is the cheese you asked for.” In a extremely condescending tone. I responded with, “my mistake.” She was just very rude about it. I asked for the sub to be toasted and she didn’t leave it in the whole time and the whole sub is cold and the cheese is hard. I will probably go out of my way to avoid this subway. And apparently, subway only has light dressings so it doesn’t matter what you ask for.
