Ordered on line and picked up shortly after two 12” subs, took them home and was totally disappointed. Bread was hard, lettuce wilted and poor proportion compared to usual and tomatoes were over ripe and yucky. Called and owner answered! I explained my experience and she was very understanding and offered me two free replacement subs on the house. Me and my wife went in the next day for lunch and ordered up basically the same thing. Two young guys basically threw together the subs in no time and then I explained that I had two free subs coming from yesterday’s experience. The apologized and sent me on my way. I get home and me and the wife sit down together for lunch with our replacement subs and once again we’re just as disappointed as the first time. Maybe even more. Both buns just fell apart and we’re very dry, Both subs had nasty tomatoes that were pink, only one was ordered with tomatoes, Lettuce was wilted again one wasn’t even close to

We needed a very last-minute order of sandwich wraps for a funeral and couldn’t find a place to make them in time. The staff at Subway, however, went out of their way to put together a very last-minute order for us. The wraps were delicious and just what we needed. I tried their new mexicali sub today and it was DELICIOUS! Even though it was busy, the 2 employees handled themselves nicely and made everyones subs perfectly. They were friendly and acted like they actually were enjoying their jobs. The store was clean and tidy(I dined in).

I am a regular subway customer and eat it a couple times a week. I drive past 3 other locations to come to this one! I always order online and it is always made to perfection by Casey and am always greeted with “Hello James!” Whenever I come in. It’s little things like using my name that make me always come back to this location. Highly recommended and with new ownership any issues you may have had in the past I am sure have been resolved!

This is by far my favorite subway I’ve ever been to! The employees are great, when I do a mobile order it’s ready when I get there, and the subs are amazing and the cookies for desert make it even better. And the restaurant always seems clean which is good.
