I’ve gone here for quite awhile now and the employee turn around is horrendous! The one employee that has stayed seems extremely overwhelmed and works alone during closing hours from what I’ve witnessed. I wonder why the owner would allow this severely UNSAFE practice. The only thought that comes to mind is he/she does not care at all about the employees that make it possible for their business to be successful. I’ll personally drive 8 more minutes to go to another subway location.

Never again. I pulled up about about 6pm and while the lights were on and “Open” sign was on, the young lady inside was cleaning. Floor mats pulled up, chairs stacked on tables, broom in her hand. Nowadays places like subway close early or unexpectedly because of staffing issues or whatever and I get that. I wasn’t sure if they’re were about to close because it was almost 6 and she was cleaning so I poked my head in and asked “hi. Are you guys still open?” If she said “no” or “we’re about to close” I would have been okay with that. No need for her to stop her closing routine for me. Instead She looks at me, rolls her eyes, sighs, and goes “Unfortunately” and then starts sweeping again…. Normally I’m not that guy but girl, if you don’t wanna work, just go home. I work with the public so I get it. I really do. But I’ve also been at work all day and I’m headed to my evening job so my fuse is short. I don’t really wanna hear the attitude. I came in to order & before I could even say hello from the door by being aggressively asked by a younger lady with burgundy dyed hair, what did I want. From there I began to order. She smashes my bread onto the counter and begins to make my sandwich. Before she could put the meat on my sandwich the oven goes off & the lady turns from me to get the sandwich out. She then stomps over &throws it in the trash all while cussing under her breath. She then looks at me to finish ordering which I then tell her she can cancel the order. Nobody wants someone making their food with a complete disrespectful attitude. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if they were short staffed but it was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

This Subway has really gone downhill since Stacey and Robyn left. I came in tonight for one six inch and a salad. They had absolutely no bread in stock, no cookies, and were out of tomatoes as well. The gentleman working at the counter said they weren’t doing online orders anymore, and when I asked for a salad, I got two HUGE scoops of meat and barely any vegetables. This is ridiculous and not how Subway teaches their employees. Won’t be coming back.

The people are nice. But the food at ONLY this Subway is disgusting. The meatballs are always burnt or there aren’t any. There are knats everywhere. The wait time is also significant. THIS IS EVERY TIME I GO HERE. The place is one person working usually with a 20 min wait. Come and see for yourself. Only terrible Subway in Summit County

Whoever is the manager, the owner, and the general manager needs to stop working in this industry. This is absolutely the worst Subway I’ve been to in my life (and I’m 50 years old). Only one person works during evening hours. I’ve been there a few times and I will not return. I suspect all of the other patrons that I see leaving probably feel the same way. Line gets backed up and the sole employee is obviously overworked and stressing out. And I’m pretty sure they pay these young people minimum wage. Don’t get me wrong, the young people working here are doing the best they can do, however, the management is horrendous and it goes up the chain (see my first statement again). I do not recommend this Subway to anyone. Also, I’ve talked to a couple of the employees and it sounds like management is constantly watching on a video camera letting the employees know what they are doing wrong. What the heck kind of management/ownership is that? You won’t help, yet you are going to text these young underpaid overworked people to tell them they are doing something wrong. I’m going to find out if all Subway’s have this same work philosophy. I may never go back to any Subway if this is the mantra of the Subway corporate.

I will never order from this subway again. I placed my order online and order a sub for my son they messed up and put sauce on the sub when I specifically removed the sauce when ordering. I tried calling 5 times to speak to someone about it and waited 15 mins on the phone and no one answered. Went to the store and explained that I wanted a new sandwich and why and the lady who was working refused to make a new Sandwich for me saying I didn’t remove the sauce when ordering and when I tried to show her on my order history that I had she refused to even look at it.

Tried to order online 30 min before close for ONE SUB. I live close so I drove up there since google showed it was open still. I get there wellllll before 9 and the door is locked and sign is off. The lady was still there looking at me. So irritating considering they still had at least 15-20 min before closing and I literally only wanted 1 sub.
