This subway is horrible avoid going at all cost, they messed up every single one of our subs. Even after calling for a refund they were not willing to work out the situation. They would not help me put money back on my card and told me I needed to come back to the restaurant. All four of our subs came with stale Bread the lettuce tasted expired and simply just meet after we ordered our subs with detail. I’m never going back ever. STAY AWAY (LAZY WORKERS)

No idea how this place is still open and the owners aren’t in jail. They don’t run a business, they run a sweat shop for teens. No breaks, long hours, no help. So many times, Vicky, has told my teenage son that he is replaceable. Great leadership.

Mike & Vicki Lowe are terrible owners, they leave employees shortstaffed every day. Any time I come to their place of business it’s one employee dealing with online orders, call-ins and walk-ins causing a hold up on the customers end. It’s not the employees fault they have to much work to do on their own. Very disappointed in you Mike and Vicki.

Good service but was met with a rude defensiveness from the lady prepping my meal when I was confused on price. She told me she didn’t make the prices and all I asked if it was correct. No need to attack customers for asking questions. Very uncalled for and won’t go back. Shame BEING NICE IS SO EASY

Management has no consistent scheduling…hires minors and treats them like they are adults and doesn’t care if they are in school. Employer advised me “I’m running a business, not a daycare.” Allows minors to close or work alone with no adult supervision. Owner comes in sporadically, leaves extra work for hourly employees and yells at them for not getting their work completed. I would not recommend working here.

Hands down the most positive Subway experience of my life. Staff was uber-friendly from the moment we walked in the door. The sandwiches were well made and tasted great in addition to being visually appealing. The dining area was tidy and comfortable for a quick lunch. Knowing the many ways a fast food visit can (and usually does) go wrong, my family and I were pleasantly surprised by a smooth and pleasant meal from start to finish. They do it right at this location!

The manager i think her name is vicky fired my neice liz because shes a minor and called off and she never calls off is that how u are gonna treat employees thats very bad business so u fired her because it made u have to close unreal i hope this store sinks and she behind the wheel

No complaints about the food or service, but their lack of responsibility to open at the scheduled time is terrible. They are never consistent. Today, at 7:55am, they were still closed, and this has been happening for months. They didn’t even answer the phone. Terrible business practice that causes me to spend my money at Einstein bagels down the street.

Avoid this store at all cost or it will cost you.. This store messed up my order, double charged me and said they can’t refund me because I ordered on the app. I was then told they can refund me but I have to go back to the store to pick it up. I asked for the money to be put on a card and they said they can’t. They are not willing to work with me on options to get my money back and now not returning my emails..
