Worst place went in two employees sitting at table neither one got up and I just recently just had knee surgery so can’t stand for long times took forever to get up and wait kn me and gave me a look like do I have too than finally got sandwich and all seats are in boot except two chairs and can’t sit comfortably in a booth and other girl sitting in chair I asked can I sit there please and said it’s easier on my knee to get up and refused to do I sat down and they were both playing on their phones I pulled out my sandwich and I wish I got a picture I swear it wasn’t even Two feet and got like one and half bites out of it and I tried to say something when did your subs not be six inches any more she wanted to srgur gave me a attitude and said always been than way and i use to work for subway anf know how they taste and tasted like store bought sub buns

I arrived there at 11:15 am and tried to order a Black Forest ham sub, but they didn’t have any ham. Ordered rotisserie chicken instead. Tried to present a coupon, but it was refused. The worker said the owner doesn’t accept any coupons. I almost left then and there, but it wasn’t the worker’s fault and I didn’t want the food wasted. The sub was very good, however, and I enjoyed it. But, this experience was barely satisfactory, especially when you never know when the store is open or closed. The times are disregarded regularly, lack of staffing I assume. The subs I receive are always good and the workers are always friendly and courteous, but I doubt I’ll ever go back after this.

Doesn’t accept coupons. When asked why, the person behind the counter answered, “Because the boss says”. Okay, no problem. I went elsewhere. Gave two stars instead of just one because the employee was nice about it and apologized, even though she had nothing to apologize for. She doesn’t set the policy. The food there might be good, but I’ll never know.

Last minute stop for late lunch. One employee working and she absolutely killed it! I tried the new Baja chicken and bacon. Our two other subs were turkey. My sub was amazing. Perfect blend of meats and veggies. Toasted to perfection. I wish I had gotten the employees name to post for her management. She needs a raise or something. Keep up the great work!

Thursday 10/18/2018 I ordered online on my smart phone. The website glitched and sent it to another store which was this store on High street. I tried to call the store and no one answered. I called subway customer service and they were so nice, he said he was going to send the store a request to refund me my $10.81 it could take 2-5 business days. I have not heard anything back from them, I called the store they finally answered and she sounded like she hated her job. She said “Subway” did not even say her name. I explained the situation and asked if my refund has been processed yet. She said I would have to call the owner and gave me his name “Richard” and his phone number. I called and he was rude off the bat. He said Hello, I go on to explain my situation again and he listened but then said because I ordered online and it was my mistake that he was not going to refund me my money. He also went on to say if you were a good customer and came to my store all the time we would understand mistakes happen and come on in and well make you a sandwich. How ever because it was my fault, which the system glitched on their website. Then I will not process your refund. I just hung up because I was just so angry that he was rude to me. I am a good customer of subway I eat there all the time just not the store on high street because its 15-20 minutes away from me an I have no vehicle so I walk to their store from work and school. So I called corporate and got a very nice lady named Patti I believe. She was so upset by the way Richard had spoken to me. She said it would have been one thing if he was polite and explained that he has to make sure everyone is fed, etc. she said because he was so rude to me she gave me an e-gift card for $10. I was happy with that because I don’t care about the refund I just want the sandwich I paid for. Will never purchase a sub from any subway owned by Richard. EVER. Rude. &; his store on High street really sucks. He should train his employees to be more respectful and properly answer a phone.

When you really want a sub on a Sunday evening, and the sign says closes at 9, but it’s 8:45pm and they have the sign off and refuse service so they can get out faster and go home? Where is the customer service at? I arrived during open business hours with 2 people still inside. 1 says come in while the other says we closed early. On who’s permission. Arrived an hour and a half before closing, they said they had no bread except flat bread and honey oat because they did not make bread today. The honey oat was so stale and chewy I almost took our dinner back for a refund, but the girls kept saying they were just going to close because they didnt have any bread. Will drive in town from now on.

This subway is going downhill! The last three times we have gone have been disatisfying to say the least! Always feel sick after eating here and the ladies who work there do not have it together! I asked for vinegar on my sub and she pours oil all over it, I say no I wanted vinegar…she adds vinegar and wraps it up like it’s no big deal…..I didnt say Oil!! Common sense would be to make a new one At least Ask!!

Like how the hrs on here and the app still says they close at 10 but they “closed” at 9 on me yesterday the 31st oh and now it updates or not. Look at next weeked.. still 10pm hope them 2 in the back liked there free hr it looks like.
