I purchased a Turkey footlong before work and the meat tasted bad. It had a spoiled taste to it. When I went on break I called to speak to a store manager and informed him of the problem. I asked for a remake or refund and was told that nobody else called to complain and that they couldn’t correct the problem!!! I still have the other half of the sandwich and the parts I spit out because it was so nasty!! I am outraged that I’m a loyal customer, reward’s member and that a manager refused to make it right. I will be reaching out to corporate and the health department. This is unacceptable!

So I went to this Subway location for lunch during my lunch break. I used the Subway app to pay for the meal. I seen on the app that I could get a free cookie for my birthday. They lady behind the counter making the food seen on her screen that I requested to get the offer that Subway had on the app and said she could not honor the offer. She did not give any explanation of why of anything. She just completed the order and didn’t say anything. I was like really. Just one free cookie cost SubWay like $.10 cent to make. That was kind of disappointing. So not sure if this SubWay location will honor any offers that you may have on you SubWay account.

I have been eating there since the place opened because I try to eat healthy foods. I have been out of the area for a while I recently moved back I went in with a coupon for 599 you get two subs buy one get one free. The store owner who I have known since the first day I went there probably 12 to 15 years ago since we did not take coupons so then I said well I’ll just take one sub for 11 bucks. When I actually came to get two I eventually broke down and I said go ahead and give me two of them that being said I spent $23 when I thought I was spending $599 I get to the counter present my Subway card to get my points and I am told this cards are no good I said well I’ve been using a card for 10 years now the young man behind the counter said what we updated her system you probably need to go home and read register your card so then that means I paid $23 plus didn’t get any points for the purchase. After coming home I went to Subway’s rewards website and registered by receipt it’s not that they give you a whole lot I think it’s 200 points you get two bucks but it’s just the fact of. While I was there I thought I might send my complaint to Subway the main company I submitted to their contact Section and then I get a reply back and they’re thanking me very much sir we look forward to serving you in the future come back and see us that was the response I received. So now I’m thinking you have to be s******* me at least you could say I’m sorry you were dissatisfied but that is our policy we do not take coupons Maybe I could give you a free soda or something you could acknowledge when a person feels wrong and maybe say something to try and keep your loyal customers coming back. Anyway I probably won’t be going back there anymore there’s other healthy options in the area that’s my take on today’s experience 6/23/23.

I never write reviews but i ordered subway through doordash yesturday. I asked for a spicy italian with a lot of toppings and a plain steak and cheese. When the order was delivered the toppings were backwards. I called the store asking if they could remake it since the order was wrong. the guy told me he made the sandwhich and it was right, when i had my order pulled up on my phone reading it off to him three times telling him it was not right.He didnt listen to me and he tried to gaslight me telling me he made it right when it was infact wrong. He started yelling at me saying he cant make me another one which is when i yelled my order back at him again. ive ordered the same sandwhich since i was 12. he ended up hanging up on me and i got a refund through doordash. i cant believe the guy treated me the way he did just because i asked for them to remake it since my order was infact wrong. Dude couldnt own up to his mistake. the worst customer service ive ever experienced.

Was very disappointed with this Subway. Ordered through mobile app a steak salad with 2x meat and other stuff, and they gave me a small salad box half full as if I ordered 1/2 of regular meal. When I came in for pickup the order wasn’t even started.

These people are just nasty people! They were so rude to my husband and 3yr old. He asked for napkins, literally she gave him one napkin. He asked for more and she wanted to charge him. She refused to give him his drinks until he brought the bathroom key back. She gave him trouble for using the bathroom there. They’re just nasty and stingy people.

The owners at this location are very stingy, whenever they make a sandwich they always put on the bare minimum required ingredients, and even now during Subway’s Big Relaunching due to lost business they are one of the only stores not to accept any coupons or advertised specials whatsoever. That’s a big thumbs down from me Look elsewhere, there’s other Subway’s 10 min away or closer, just google it. And they honor Subways coupons/specials, and they don’t skimp on ingredients.
